I was 6 minutes late, they called to ask if I would be there, and if it was possible to change the appointment with another patient. I said I'd be there in 5 minutes and agreed to let another patient through. But I had to wait for the doctor for more than an hour. With such success, you can wait for an appointment in a public hospital.
