I'll start with the call center. We called the unit number and asked if they had a gastrointestinal tract for children, said yes, and a live queue. We came up to 9.30, the girl from the registration heard the patient's name 3 times, since at one time she was talking to 3 patients!! The cash register had not worked until that moment, we were told to go to the ultrasound for now, and there we were surprised by a sign saying "admission of an inpatient patient is carried out out of turn and without an appointment." To the question "why didn't the call center warn us about this?" the girls replied that it was not their fault, they should complain about the operator. It totally sucks, for such cosmic prices. The girls who are sitting at the registration desk must first learn how to communicate politely with patients.

They said that they did not have nurses and they could not be tested. I lost a lot of time because of them. It is better not to use their services at all.
