Already on the Internet, I found that in the presence of caries in neighboring teeth, antibiotics are prescribed after tooth extraction. I prescribed amoxiclav myself, and the lymph nodes began to deflate after a week. I also read that after tooth extraction, the gum should not be rinsed (the dentist forgot to say this). In the end, everything ended well. In total, it is possible to mechanically remove a tooth in this dentistry. But you will have to look for recommendations on how to behave after tooth extraction yourself.
