An ugly attitude towards patients. They write down on the phone as they please, they confuse surnames and first names. You arrive at the appointed time for an MRI scan, you have to wait 30 minutes, and the same thing happens for an ultrasound scan. Then why record if you're waiting??? I will update the review in 4 months. The same incompetence of the reception! They record it, call the next day and tell you stories about emergency patients just for your time!! What kind of emergencies are recorded per day!!???? They do what they want, because they are the only ones in Abkhazia!! Instead of progress in maintenance, they have a continuous regression!!!! It's a pity that you can't put - 5!
