I want to leave a negative review regarding the work of the registry! I called to enroll the child to a neurologist at a convenient time for me - Saturday 10:00. I repeated several times that at 10:00, to which they replied, wait, do not hurry, but tell your data: full name, contact phone, etc. The only thing they pointed out was that we should definitely come, because the doctor will come to work because of us alone!!! On Friday they called and asked if we would be there? I said yes! As a result, we arrived on Saturday at 09:57 and were told that we were not booked for 10:00, but were booked for 09:20!!!! The doctor didn't wait for us and left!!!! On the part of the registry, outrages began: "It was necessary to sleep longer," etc., in general, they were openly rude!!!!! I can still refer to the connection and it was possible to confuse 9 and 10 o'clock!!!! But 9:20!!! This time did not figure in the conversation at all!!!!
