The woman at the reception desk is an unrealistic rude woman, does not know how to communicate with clients, behaves as if someone came to her house. During working hours, in the midst of receiving clients, a third of the staff, including the receptionist and her partner, and several other colleagues, go out to smoke and watch the crowded queue, which does not move because of the missing persons - it is not appropriate at all.
