The royals at the reception are talking as if I called them on their personal number. They drop the phone without saying goodbye. There is a direct feeling of hostility, as in principle in most other private clinics. Getting through is also problematic.
Moreover, they try to give advice on the phone without seeing the patient, they try in every possible way to "dissuade" them from coming if the case is a little more complicated than herpes.
In general, it turned out to be easier for us to go to Rostov and get qualified advice there without rudeness, which I advise everyone to do.
I can't say anything bad about the specialists, the reception spoils the whole impression, they have an honorary 1 star.
The receptionist, the woman at the checkout and the dermatologist are nice people, no one was rude. But the woman who took the blood for analysis is like a woman, but tough as a stone. To questions about the procedure, she answered rudely, to my words that she communicates rudely, she answers even more rudely. I ruined the whole impression, they communicate more politely in public hospitals.
In the morning I call to make an appointment with a dermatologist, I am given recommendations to go to another clinic, instead of explaining that they do not have any immediate records, I did not call you for this, it turns out that the staff themselves reject their clients!!
I do not recommend this clinic!
By calling, they explained how to get there.Everything went well.We are nonresidents. They were accepted on time. My daughter-in-law and I were removing moles.
My amount was 1,500-6 papillomas were removed in the eye area.
And her 3800 is one big mole with subsequent laboratory tests of it.Now I'm looking for more information about the services provided by this clinic. Everyone is happy-thank you!
I did not like this clinic in relation,we were booked at 15:30,we are not local,I called them from 13:30 to 15:20 to find out the exact route how to get to them, but no one answered the call, the operator said that the subscriber was talking, and then they dropped it (the line is busy),in as a result, no one called back. They called 2 numbers!! Upon arrival, when they had already found it, they got to the reception, the attitude of the doctor, Yevgeny Khaiminov, was just disgusting, there was a feeling that we came to his house in the middle of the night and asked to see the child. But in the end, everything was done, but with dissatisfaction, and it was said that it was very unpleasant.Initially, one amount was called in the office, and another one was paid at the cash desk, more expensive.

There is liquid nitrogen here. This is the most powerful way to affect warts - creodestruction. However, plantar warts should not be treated this way - firstly, it can take from 1-1.5 years or more, in the case of a deep severe wart, and secondly, there is a high chance of leaving a colloidal scar in place of the wart, which can also tingle. In this case, you need a specialist who uses something like Podoljesttempo with podiafarm emulsion. And for such prices, it is worth having a dermascope - since there are cases that the wart is not visible after cauterization, but in fact it is still very small
I was there in 2019. Everything was fine, there were polite girls in the waiting room, they told and explained everything.
I wanted to sign up this year, but I never got there. The tone of the girl answering the phone leaves much to be desired. I asked to look at my data in the database (because I had already visited and wanted to re-enroll in the same doctor), they answered me in a boorish tone that there was no such information available and in general I either sign up or do not mess with my head.
Choose a more polite staff or you will lose all the patients. As a result, I signed up for another clinic
I didn't even get to the clinic, but I already had an unpleasant impression. I wanted to make an appointment, they talked to me as if I had called someone in the middle of the night and I was not welcome! 😡 The price for admission is not small!!! For that kind of money, you could have talked more politely!
Outwardly everything is fine, but the specialists are not very good, I came with Alopecia on 05/10/22, so the trichologist prescribed 9 thousand tests and treatment for 30 thousand. Then I went through friends to a dermatologist and 2 doctors laughed at what he attributed to me. They pull out money and when I asked the doctor what he prescribed for me and from what? he told me, "If I explain, you won't understand anything."
The boorish attitude, the doctor did not even really look at it, but said that he did not solve our questions... He offered to take tests, although he said that he did not remove age spots.. He didn't look at me at all, a child from afar.. At the reception, the girl does not even know what procedures they have, I do not advise
I had to deal with this clinic, almost the whole family, my mother, aunt and my children, all who were treated there did not return, i.e. one visit is enough. Liquid nitrogen is used and this is a big plus. I am happy with the clinic. I recommend.
I don't advise anyone.I went to a dermatologist, there was a problem with my hair...I did not take any skin scraping, visual inspection.I also passed tests there for 3800 rubles. for all harmons and a detailed blood test. The index of soy and lymphocytes was maximal, i.e. there is an inflammatory process in the body. The doctor said to be examined...I threw away a lot of money, because I needed to move faster, until I reached the genicologist, who advised me to send a detailed blood test to Antes, but it turned out they had a mistake. How can such a center be treated? The laboratory is terrible.
The most terrible medical facility I've ever seen. I am silent about the difficulty I had to get a paid service assigned to me by a professor from another city. Only because [I quote]: "Why do you go to other specialists if we have our own luminaries?" I had to bypass the local "luminaries", who did not even bother to look at my tests in order to get permission to carry out the procedure I needed. But these are just negative organizational issues that violate my constitutional right to choose a doctor and medical institution independently.
The necessary procedure was VLOK (intravenous laser irradiation of blood). So, after the fourth procedure, it turned out that they injected the same light guide into my vein all 4 times, which should be disposable. I don't know if that light guide was new during the first procedure, and if it was only injected into me, but at least three procedures had a non-sterile object inserted into my vein! Which, between the procedures, just lay in an open bag with a paper label inside. And after the fourth procedure, they were not going to throw it away - it was planned to continue using it. But I didn't go there anymore and I won't go there. Never on any issues. This is a gross violation of sanitary safety standards, before which even the fact that they save even on alcohol pales - they use chlorhexidine, which is inferior in aseptic characteristics to alcohol during intravenous manipulations. By the way, the price of one light guide is 45 rubles.when buying in small quantities (up to 100 pieces) and about 30 rubles if you buy more than 100 pieces (this is only for 10 patients at the rate of 10 precedents). This is the most petty saving I've ever seen. Even in free institutions there is no such thing, not to mention paid ones, where all consumables are included in the cost of the service. At the same time, three times the employees of this institution and "local luminaries" advised me "not to dwell on my illness," which I have been fighting for the third year. That is, I have to treat my health the same way they treated my health when they injected non-sterile used items into a vein.
