The place is not bad, tasty, but not enough

The place left the most wonderful impressions. We celebrated the anniversary. The staff is very attentive and friendly. A great night club in Brest! A decent contingent. Music and cocktails topchik! There is enough space on the dance floor for incendiary dancing. Excellent service! It's a bit hot in the hall for March-April, perhaps the air conditioners will work in the summer. Beautiful girls are dancing on the stage. I definitely recommend it for a Saturday night!

It was the first time and, apparently, the last time. I am completely disappointed with this institution, I wanted to ask for a book of complaints.
Advertising and promotion of the institution is good, but you need to meet the stated level.
There was a corporate party, and I was "lucky" to communicate with different administrators about the reservation, the menu; the girls get confused about the information and the cost of the show program, I had to repeatedly call back and clarify all the questions that arise on my own.
Upon arrival at the stated time, it turned out that the salads were not ready, the slicing too. Thanks, after 15 minutes they started to take it out.
We arrived at 20:30, the hot was brought at 23:00 (three times we had to approach the waiter, and then the administrator).
The "very attentive" staff offered to change the devices, everyone agreed, but in vain! The hungry looked at the hot stuff for 15 minutes, waiting for the waiters to remember that the guests had no appliances.
To remove used napkins and dirty dishes, to offer to wipe spilled water is, in my opinion, the basis of the basics, but in Medusa waiters are not taught this.

I have not been to the club, I was only on the summer terrace, but I think the review will make it clear the approach to customers throughout the institution. I must say right away that I rarely write negative reviews, though rarely, you can take a look at my account, but here's the deal. What didn't you like:
1. On the summer veranda, they do not let you into the hall to go to the bathroom, wash your hands corny: to get there, you need to go in from the other side, climb to the second floor, somehow look for a club, somehow explain that you are a client. I didn't like it very much. Either the institution resolves the issue with the restroom, or closes the summer terrace. I don't see any other normal solutions.
2. The food was cooked and carried for a REALLY long time, while:
3. the gold burger with beef came completely cold inside, but they tried to heat it with a flame from the outside, as a result of which the bun was with charcoal, and the lettuce leaves were so dried that they crumbled into dust. For 28 rubles, they didn't even think to serve potatoes corny to a burger.
4. The stewed pork with mustard sauce and gnocchi was interesting, the pork was boiled to fibers, but dry, the sauce was cool, the gnocchi were overcooked.
5. Lemonade with melon, watermelon and violets tasted like currants
Overall, the impression of the place, considering the prices, is two stars. I can't really recommend this place, which doesn't happen to me very often.
I also note that many who write a positive review about this place here have only one review in their account, and only about this place, and only positive. I would venture to doubt the honesty of some of these reviews, the place does not deserve five stars in any way.

My friends and I traveled together through Belarus and stopped in the glorious city of Brest. We did not expect to find such a high-level club in such a small city!
In order:
-at the entrance, face control politely filters out visitors - drunken marginals do not go inside;
-the interior and furniture are selected with taste and attention to detail. You can just look at the place and get aesthetic pleasure;
- the staff is friendly and sociable. Thanks to Nikolai, who served our table and supported a pleasant conversation;
- there were go-go girls dancing on the stage. The beauties themselves dance well, it's a pleasure to watch. I put a 'class'!)
-when someone orders a sambuca, the bartender arranges a small performance: pours a drink, sets fire to the glasses and the bar counter (!), and while the guests are drinking, honks the horn. It looks like fun!
- I can't say about alcohol, because I don't drink much. But judging by the fact that two of my friends had a good time, the alcohol is delicious.)
- the main plus is the visitors themselves. Everyone is friendly and easy to get in touch, maintain pleasant communication. This is generally a distinctive feature of Belarusians!
In general, Belarus is a country for living. God bless you!

The institution has improved a lot ! It feels like I was not in Brest. The hookah was a real cannon , tastier than anywhere I've ever tasted, I've been to different hookah bars, but I only felt the taste of the hookah in the jellyfish. The bartender Evgeny was very pleased, he picked up everything to my taste. I don 't usually dance , but I couldn 't sit here , the music is good . In general , I recommend it !

The most expensive "entrance" in the city.
The establishment inside is quite presentable.
We arrived at 2 a.m. and went straight to wash our hands in the toilet. The fact that the sinks are common for both men and women is fine. You're standing there painting your lips, and a man is standing next to you, washing his hands 2 centimeters away from you and looking into your mouth, no problem.
But the fact that already at 2 a.m. there is no toilet paper in any stall, I'm sorry.
Seriously? Is there no toilet paper in the toilets in a decent establishment?
There were still moments, but it pissed me off the most.

We went to a corporate party. Initially , everything was negotiated , alcohol was brought . You can also talk about soft drinks , but in the end , they said they were wrong . Then I read the reviews and it's not the first time they are so "wrong"... The impression was already so - so . The day before the event, some of the alcohol was brought . And the next day they managed to lose him . Thank God they found him half an hour later. The service is just awful!!! I understand that there is a lot of workload . But we need to be more responsible about our work . We agreed that initially it would be hot, and then salads and so on. As a result , salads were brought out , which were supposed to be woven , but were cold . And every time it was necessary to pull someone to bring something to eat. It 's just awful !!!

The Korona team celebrated the New Year's corporate party in this wonderful institution. At the entrance, we were greeted by a polite receptionist and led to our seats. From the very beginning, the atmosphere of a decent establishment was felt. Of course, the New Year's program failed, there was no New Year's mood (there were few contests) of course, more was expected from the program. I really liked the kitchen, all the dishes are delicious, but you need to pay attention to the timely delivery of hot dishes. The club is very spacious and you can sit and relax and also dance well. Music for every taste (two DJs played, a girl sang under minus, and there was also live music). I also really liked the choreography of the group, which from time to time warmed up interest in dancing. Despite the small nuances, we had a very cool rest, thanks for the evening.

My mother had a birthday, ordered a banquet, as a result, they called in an hour, said that there were no necessary ingredients for one of the dishes, upon arrival at the institution they saw that the tables were mixed up, then they messed up the drinks menu, we were also allowed to bring a coke with us, and then they began to give us a back one, they say this is not allowed (why was it allowed then?), well, to catch up, the desserts were stupidly not delivered, mom and her friends apparently forgot about them at night (I and a few other people left earlier), well, the institution should be upset, right?
I won't talk about food and prices, it's a matter of taste and earnings.
I don't go to such places at all, my level is poppy seeds and Italian pizza, and how many times I've been there, the same number of times there were no problems with orders, no one confused anything and all the ordered food was brought.
