Hello, the Soviet Union. It was a great place for the noughties. Now there is a dull menu with fancy names of dishes with tons of dill, garlic and carved (openwork) cucumbers.
Borscht is definitely good. Everything else is a Council of Ministers canteen. This is definitely not a Russian cuisine restaurant.
