I don't go there very often, but I like it. However, there are a lot of people in the evening and on weekends, so it's better to plan a visit in the late evening or afternoon. Otherwise, it's even very good: a lot of exercise equipment (of course, it's difficult to figure them out on your own), it's clean enough, there's music, there's a toilet, a shower. But the changing rooms are small, and it's inconvenient to change clothes during rush hour. Otherwise, I recommend the gym. Accessible and useful.
