I saw an advertisement for a door store, and I was attracted to their Instagram page. The manager there was very sociable and helped me decide on a choice, so I decided to make an appointment to view the doors in the salon.
When we arrived at the salon, we encountered an unpleasant consultant. She acted like we were bothering her and they had no shortage of customers. It immediately spoiled the impression.
When we asked to calculate the cost, we were given one amount, but after the arrival of the measurer, the price almost doubled. It turned out that each stage of the work was paid for separately, and after installation, no one bothered to clean up the trash.
But the worst part was waiting for us at the delivery. The doors arrived without any packaging, which was a real shock to me. As a result, scratches were found on the doors. I really regret that I contacted this store and purchased the doors from them. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

I am very surprised by the good reviews. It was thanks to them that I went to the door salon on Uruchye. The manager didn't just say hello, but didn't pay any attention to me at all, as she was trying to arrange a discounted door for a woman she clearly knew. When I asked if it was possible to pay attention to me, the answer was that they would be busy for at least another 10 minutes or even more. And she didn't ask me at all what I was actually interested in. Completely ignored. The service is as good as it gets.

We bought a door from this manufacturer. I was delighted with the professionalism, we came completely without understanding the doors, but consultant Daria explained everything to a child and told me (I'm shocked how a girl can know so much about doors and construction), helped determine the best solution, as a result, we made a wonderful custom-made door for our house, taking into account the most non-standard architectural features However, a year has passed, and we have forgotten what cold is in the house, endless condensation in winter, ice and other problems.

A year ago in October 2022, I installed the entrance doors! I was patient with the review so that the test drive of the software for all pores of the year would pass!! And so: The result exceeded all expectations! Bravo! I have a door with a window - it didn't sweat (the corridor (with a door) next to the kitchen), the door didn't freeze (and we have frosts). The last door froze. In general, Medvedev and K - recommend. Amounts are attributed for the measurer. The cost of installing the door itself is simply off the scale.
PS. Was on Independence 168/1. I chose the front door, the girl manager asks if I froze? Installation?... For what? The measurement is 30p, the installation is from 170p.
OK, we need a measurement...A guy came and tried it on...I went to sign a contract, but the cost of the contract increased relative to the original cost (the cost is indicated by the manager in the card and given to the hands to show the measurer (model, dimensions). When asked why the price has increased, they say some kind of mistake, but the measurement price is already 50p! There was no more talk about further installation, because I think I didn't invest in 300 rubles either.
Be vigilant.

Everything is OK, as a result, among the budget entrance doors of normal quality, there are only two companies on the market, this one and Steel lines.
We stopped at Medvedev - we liked the design more and looked more solid.
The installation is also generally normal, we did what we could. According to the terms, it was set on the 3rd working day after payment.

I am not an interested party of any "door company". I was just choosing the front door to the apartment, like many I wanted to focus on price and quality. I talked to many representatives, toured all the salons that interested me, and reviewed the reviews... But I did not see such an attitude to my "painful" question as in "Medvedev and K" from anyone. Yes, they explained everything, told, showed, did their job, doubted their answer, called and clarified the information from the director or deputy (who as) there are no complaints... But from the first word, the timbre of the voice, intonation, respect and attentiveness to the client, I was charmed by Anna, the manager of the Medvedev & K company.
Unobtrusively and in great detail, she explained everything that interested me. I chose the door on the website myself, read reviews about it. Since I couldn't drive up and look at this door, Anna even sent a video from the salon, where everything was explained in detail.
I did not even dream of such a professional installation!!!
Everything is clear, on time, very politely and efficiently!!!
Comparing the door in my current apartment (from a well-known, but different manufacturer, with whom I thought to work now), I definitely now make a choice in favor of Medvedev and K.

The door is beautiful, but the locks are just terrible:
1) the locks were supposed to be Turkish, but they were put in Chinese;
2) the wishes are not taken into account at all. When ordering, it was stipulated that on the inside the turntables should be in both the upper and lower lock, as a result, the lower turntable, the upper one opens with a key. The shape of the cheesecakes should have been in the shape of petals, but they put some kind of wildly uncomfortable drum.
I'm just shocked by this attitude towards customers. When contacting the service department, they said, "we will put a turntable on top of you, but you will pay 40p for it. And we don't know what shape it will be, what will be in the warehouse, then we will deliver it." If I had known all this in advance, I would never have turned to them in my life.

I didn't like it very much. Everything works so well on the phone. You waste time, you arrive and it starts, there is no right door, there is no right color. The measurement is paid, and at the price it feels like the measurer is being taken from Germany at least, the installation costs a hell of a lot of money, if the opening also needs to be trimmed + 140 rubles. delivery is paid, fasteners are separate. in short, the price tag immediately grows seriously. You can't return the wasted time. Deception and omissions. I don't recommend it to anyone.
