The service needs to be improved! Managers don't know how to communicate with clients: they respond for a long time, rudely, and even argue. Delivery is often late, and the cost of services is clearly overstated. I hope that you will take measures to correct these shortcomings.

How can you so brazenly refuse to provide paid, company-approved services?
