04.11.2024 At 17:12 I came to print photos (6 pieces) . I selected , sent and paid for it .The girl said to wait 15 minutes. At 17:28 I came to pick up the photos, a young man (with glasses) was standing in the girl's place.When asked to give me photos, the young man replied to me: "wait a minute." I stood for 2-3 minutes, I asked when I could pick it up, to which they replied: "Get in the general queue." As a result, I stood in line for 10 minutes and the young man took the photos from the table (that is, they were ready all the time and lay on his desk ) I took the photos at 17:42. I was late for all my transport and spoiled the mood for the evening.
