I really liked the gym, the new equipment, a lot of different simulators and zones; additionally, a whole rack for charging any cellular / devices with a camera above it. You can safely leave the bodies to charge while you go to the shower. The locker room is spacious, the lockers are comfortable, hair dryers, etc.
After this club, the big network in my city is clearly losing.

I went to a trial training session, I liked the exercises, but the coach's attention is about nothing. He says which exercise to do, a few words about how to do it correctly and how many approaches. Then he just leaves, doesn't make sure you're doing the right thing. In general, I don't see any point in hiring a coach here. In general, the equipment is slightly above average quality, the changing rooms are ordinary, the shower is not very good, something is broken, there is a sauna. The girl at the reception was not very friendly

The gym is good, worth the money. Monthly is expensive, but long-term subscriptions are profitable.
Positive:
- Amazing squat, I've never seen anything like it
- Barbells for every taste in thickness, which does not happen in all halls
- a good squat/standing area with a flat wooden floor
- Several crossovers, comfortable polypropylene coating on some horizontal bars and handles. The pens themselves are plentiful, there is never a shortage
- separate stand with belts and loops
- in most isolation simulators, the full amplitude is excellent
- the temperature in the hall is always comfortable
- good food, drinks and a sports bar, all at affordable prices. You will never be left without protein
- the floors are constantly being cleaned in the locker room
- do not bother with the subscription system, traditional payment at the reception
Cons:
- there is no lift bench for bench presses
- the second squat stand is with a nervous floor. The first one is not always free
- no chains
- personally, I don't like the leg press - the angle of the platform changes dynamically in it
- limited range of leg extension simulators
In general, there are good conditions for strength progress in any exercise. I've looked at all the halls in the area, this one is the best. It is clear that everything was done so to speak with the soul, and not for the sake of money
