I bought silicone shoelaces at the Megatop store (Moskovskaya str. 9). The laces did not fit for sneakers, when they were put on, they immediately popped out of the holes. I came to the store with the receipt to exchange or return the product. I was refused, arguing that the LACES are not exchangeable and refundable!!! Did you know that shoelaces have been equated to hosiery, which cannot be changed and returned??? It's absurd! Rave! I was very upset, not as sorry for the money as the attitude towards us, the customers.

My mom is a real fan of Megatope, she says that only there she takes shoes on her problem foot with protruding bones. Such shoes are more expensive than usual, but they are made of natural materials and mom has been wearing them for years. I came in a couple of times, once I took a bag for 69 rubles, roomy and pretty, well sewn, still not worn around the edges. It's just a pity that there's not always time to go there, especially with my job.
