I tried on 10 pairs of shoes from her submission and couldn 't leave the store without buying .I bought autumn loafers for 142rub .Such friendly sellers should be in any store. I visited your store on January 11th.
I want to mention a few points:
1) About the almost empty store, none of the consultants approached me with help.
I definitely knew what I needed, but I found it difficult to choose, because it is difficult to determine where the natural leather is, and where the artificial, etc.
Okay, I decided, I dragged three boxes myself in order to try them on.
At the same time, the consultants saw everything, the girls just went to the back room and back, chatted sweetly at the checkout, the guy was winding circles around the hall.
At this point, the question arises, what are the consultants in the room for? It wasn't difficult for me to call them, but in general their job is to help a person make a choice, suggest something and take the initiative to sell on their own.
2) Already paying at the checkout, I was informed that there is a 50% discount on the second pair. A very "timely" notification, after which, of course, I did not run to look for a second pair of shoes. Again, the question is that the consultants did not suggest this earlier.

In the autumn of 2023, I bought winter shoes, in which the material was deformed over time (two months later). I postponed the issue for later, which is why the warranty period of three months expired, but despite this, the staff still took the shoes back and returned the money.
