The kitchen is top.
The service is prompt.
The readiness of dishes is fast
The surroundings are bright and cozy.
The restroom (which is not unimportant) is clean.
We were 3 years ago and recently nothing has changed for the May holidays, everything is OK.👍🏻
We were on a business trip to Semey. Friends recommended this cafe as one of the best in the city. We came to have dinner. The service is zero. We ordered three dishes, we forgot to punch one. I waited for half an hour. Then when I started to get indignant, they say we'll cook in 15 minutes, the waiter forgot to include it in the order. After drinking tea with chebureks, I came out hungry. We won't be coming back here anymore. The food is so-so. A colleague ordered mantas. Guts were apparently added to the manta rays. The taste is clearly audible. Chebureks are overcooked, hard. There are not even napkins on the table. I had to ask them to bring it. Learn how to serve properly. The waiters are gathered in a bunch and laughing so loudly that they don't even hear when they are called. The guests at the next table couldn't reach them to pay the bill.
Expensive. It's not tasty. We ordered Kazan kebab and tebyan yan ru. We wanted to eat something meat. But as it turned out, the meat was crumbled very little and sooo finely. There were more onions in the dishes than meat. And Mom didn't like it. It wasn't delicious. Expectations were not fulfilled...
Delicious food, cozy, and good service, there is a red hall for companies of 20 people. there is a wardrobe, the restrooms are always clean, we really liked it.
The kitchen is average, you can eat, but you don't have to do it once. The service is average when a lot of people may not be able to cope. Cozy, nice interior
