Everything is very good, the location just couldn't be better! I had a duplex room, i.e. a bed (bedroom) on the upper level and a living area on the lower one. It is not very convenient to go down, the stairs are too steep, especially when you are in a hurry to go to the toilet. But a good view from the window. Public transport is within walking distance. Also nearby are the sights of Museum Island, Hakishe marki, Alexander Plyatz is about a 20-minute walk away.
