Great place for work! Furnished offices, nice views and it’s close to the metro stations, to the famous places, for example to the TV tower.
Also it’s not too far from the city centre.
Very beautiful interior and exterior! Security and attitude to safety at the proper level! Bag inspection at the entrance. There are soft sofas and a soothing fountain in the lobby. The ball in the niche is original and high-tech... The turnstiles are equipped with biometrics. There is a very useful quality - on the monitors that identify the visitor / incoming, you can see your temperature))
The business center does not correspond to the concepts of a modern office:
1. There is no modern climate control system: in summer, icy air blows from the general system, in winter it is hot, it cannot be adjusted individually
2. Tashkent is among the top cities in the world for the dirtiest air in winter, while there are no filters, air purification, and ventilation
3. Poor repair in bathrooms, problems with draining water
4. The Internet stops working several times a month, there are no normal providers in the building
5. The only cafe in the entire business center with very mediocre coffee and lunch boxes heated in the microwave. If you want a normal lunch, you will have to drive or walk for 15 minutes.
6. Elevators periodically get stuck
7. Events are periodically organized on the territory, as a result, there is a traffic jam at the entrance
In total, if earlier there really was nothing to choose from in Tashkent, now there are much more worthy alternatives
Minus the staff at the entrance and there are a couple of offices that I have to visit. In short, if you want to be served properly, come in a suit at the parade with makeup, and so you will experience looks that are not pleasant, they will not let you in and 5 people will ask why you are here! 🥸
Today it is the top business center, where the offices of large international companies are located. The location is ideal, there are plenty of parking spaces for guests and tenants. Courteous staff and one of the best and thoughtful security systems
It is very clean around, there are a lot of green areas that pleases the eyes. There are many different LLC's inside, the entrance is strictly by appointment and registration
A large and reputable business center in the city. For a long time it has been the hallmark of Tashkent, and serious international events are held. There is a large hotel and a bank nearby. There is a large outdoor parking, which is very cool for the city center. In addition, there is an underground parking for tenants, which is convenient in hot and cold weather. Of course, for an additional fee.
So far, the best Business center in the city, with all modern amenities. The location is ideal, near the metro station, bank, hotel, expo center, mosque, etc.
The very first and grandiose Business Center building in Tashkent city. A lot of businesses are located here. The entrance is through a scan of the face.
The business center is a little outdated, the administration staff is responsive, the location is in the center, but there are not enough food outlets like inexpensive cafes, underground parking is paid and there are not enough places
Clean, convenient, practical. The staff is polite. I visit the Uzbek-Japanese center in this center. It's a little inconvenient that you need to register again every time to pass the "gate".
Excellent business center. There is not enough really good buffet or restaurant.

A low-quality business center, uncomfortable to work in.
- Old engineering infrastructure, which manifests itself in everything from the lack of climate control to poorly maintained sanitary facilities.
- Low-quality repairs in the premises themselves from the 2000s.
- Regular congestion at the entrance.
- Lack of power points in the foreseeable vicinity.
- High rental rates.
If such price tags are assigned, then the quality must somehow match.
This is the IT park of Uzbekistan. Our Moscow City is much inferior in terms of office quality. A park with thuja trees and fountains (though they will be turned on by May). There are many cafes nearby and the metro is right next to it (1,400 soums). 10 rubles approximately for the fare. There are many cafes nearby and close to the very center. From the window of the TV tower.

As a client, I was satisfied with the services of the International Business Center and Law firm Digests Global. The service was professional and I was provided with high-quality advice on issues of interest, allowing me to successfully develop my business
One of the oldest and coolest business centers in Tashkent, where every millimeter of the building is thought out and what was built efficiently and conscientiously. It's hard to say where the Reflex clip was shot.
The only business space in Tashkent where you feel like it's a business center. Maybe there are disadvantages, but because of the created atmosphere, I did not see them.
A good place for business, all amenities, cleanliness, rest, not long ago they even opened a prayer room! Near the Minor mosque, and the metro at the building, Bodomzor metro station.
