An excellent residential complex, we stayed there for work as a group of 5 people, everything was in the apartment, it was convenient to get to the embankment, there are enough options where to have a snack and a minimarket at hand

Nice LCD, quiet! There is a shallow pool on the territory, people sit around in the evenings-it's inconvenient to come to swim somehow!
In the evening, however, some flower smells very nauseating!

A great hotel for a family holiday. The territory is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice pool. The staff is very polite, if there are any problems, they help to solve them, they meet us halfway. There is a restaurant where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food, and room service is provided. Close to the city beach. We have been living here for the second time for a total of more than two months. Satisfied.

The complex of the apart-hotel, everything is clean, beautiful and convenient. There is a restaurant on site, the owner Kasym speaks Turkish, Russian, English and French, delicious food, excellent Turkish tea and coffee. It works from morning to midnight.
A clean, cool swimming pool, a huge garage under the residential complex.

I often stay there, I was there for the first time when it was just built, and last year in November and December, of course, some apartments are already decently cleaned, there are smoky apartments despite the fact that you can't smoke there... somewhere the sofas are stained with holes somewhere, or the refrigerator is not working well))) and so the staff is good, responsive

We really liked it. The room is two-storied, 200 squares, the balcony is something huge. Calm, beautiful, there is a place to swim, there is a place to eat. For dinner for 3 + children with alcohol, they gave 4 rubles and a little. There is transport to the sea and back (free of charge)it takes about 6-8 minutes.The first flight is at 9.00, the last one is at 18.00..Wi-Fi catches perfectly.

A great place (we knew where we were going), it was built with us, because we lived not far away. We love this area. We rented the apartment twice, two days at the beginning of the week, two days at the end. We lived in different apartments. Everything is very decent, good mattresses, good TV, sound insulation is also admired. We really liked it, we will come again if possible.
Special thanks to the office managers, we met early in the morning, placed them, always on site and ready to help.
