Prices for services are a fairy tale. The perfect balance. If there is any problem with the printer again, come right here, without hesitation.
The company is excellent. I gave the EPSON XP810 inkjet MFP for diagnosis and subsequent repair. A day later, they called back, called the causes of the malfunction, and announced the cost of the work. I took it away after 1 day, everything works. (although before that I gave it to the Kopix Print company for repair, as a result, I was with them for 2 months and couldn't do anything. Stupidly brought back, they didn't even apologize. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them!). Once again, many thanks to the guys from MELANIT for their efficiency and four. Success will bring you more customers.
I contacted the service center with an Epson printer. I stopped typing. My problem was fixed on the spot within an hour at an adequate price. A huge plus for the lack of queues and solving the problem on the spot. I didn't have to drive back and forth. The masters are competent, they consulted at the reception, gave recommendations.
An excellent service center, attentive and experienced staff, explain everything in an accessible way, prices are reasonable, the timing is excellent, and even during the repair they can print everything out and absolutely free of charge. Thank you for your work!!!
It's good when everything fits together: the staff is polite, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of the work done is satisfactory. Hooray, honor and praise to the working professionals.
But in a single case under consideration, alas, not all of the listed repair parameters came together:
- the staff is polite - yes
- the price is almost acceptable (80p for replacing the CISS plume, THEN the printer and delivery to the customer, and what is cheaper now?)
- print quality, after cleaning and replacing the CISS plumes, it remains not to "wish for the best", but to wish that this qualified staff would faithfully perform the paid work again.
But, alas, the polite staff patiently instructed the printer owner about the need to set up a qualitatively repaired printer (in their opinion, as evidenced by the carefully placed print test sheet in the printer), in order to remove the stripes on the paper and the lack of black or yellow color.
