At the end, you go to the reception from the street, 4 meters from the road, then we take a step and immediately the pool and everything... There is nothing further than the pool, on the right there is a kitchen, on the left there is a bar counter... That is, I left the room, took a dip in the pool and that's it... Do not wait for rest at 12, the music turns on full and turns off only at midnight... Everyone writes the food is super, but there is no meat there, just chicken, solid chicken, and well, sometimes they give self-assembled hamburgers and disgusting plasticine ice cream at high tea... It's really not worth the money that was paid, there's no place to walk, so we walked around the city. Look at the rooms carefully, we were given a view of a concrete fence with a dump under the balcony, we had to go swear and ask for a normal one, they change without problems.
And yes, it's good to walk in Kemer in the evening) Especially on the embankment there is a cafe right on the shore, I highly recommend this cafe, I will leave a photo of the cafe too!!!

Nice hotel. This is not the first time we have rested (although the name of the hotel is changing), good location, quiet, 600 meters from the sea, but there is a shuttle service, we have never used it, really. The beach is great, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The food is good, fresh, we were not hungry))) the staff is good, especially I would like to mention the animator Islam, a great guy, he will always help with any question.

Cons:
1 - monotonous songs for children's animation - they stick in your head terribly.
Bottom line:
A great family hotel, lots of kids (not yelling) and adequate people. I recommend it boldly.

So. Very terrible service. The room is dirty. Very!!!! The cleaning is the same . Disgusting. The room itself is shabby. But at least all the flaws were eliminated the next day . The watering can just worked in all directions. Bus to the beach. My personal pain..... I have health problems and it is important for me to have such a bus!!!! According to the official version, it works from 10 to 16. Which is no longer adequate. In the last hotel I was under 18 and it was comfortable. And he walked minute by minute. And in this hotel , he never came and picked up people at all . You can still go there at 10 and roar back, but walk. Under the scorching sun . High ‼️‼️‼️ we go further to the beach. He is not the property of the hotel. Accordingly, there are not many places there. And the staff of the bar artificially occupy places so that you can then sell them for a fee ✌✌✌ Meals..... Rice, pasta, sometimes potatoes. That's all ..... variations are possible with chicken or chicken. Also, the quality of the food also leaves much to be desired. The bar is normal..just like everywhere else in Turkey. If the bartenders hadn't been chatting with their own for so long, it would have been great. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. When we bought the tour, we didn't have high hopes. At travel agencies, the hotel positions itself as 4*, in fact 3*. We settled in quickly, as we arrived at 20.45, we had time for dinner.
We checked into the room, at first glance everything seemed to be fine, but then "surprises" began to come out. The TV was not working in the room at all. The reception desk was called, a boy who knows neither English nor Russian came, poked the buttons on the remote, shrugged and left. We decided that he would come back with someone else and the problem would be solved, but no) . There was no hot water in the room, from the word at all! Barely warm, it was still necessary to get used to such water, the staff was not going to solve this problem in any way. Well, the berry on the cake was the breakdown of the air conditioner. A technician came, then a second one, they twisted something there, disassembled / assembled, eventually left and ..... Silence. An hour, two, three- no one is coming.We went to the reception ourselves, as a result they tell us that the air conditioner cannot be repaired, it is a "big problem" and no one is itching to solve it somehow, they did not offer any alternative, they did not offer to change the room, nothing! It doesn't work and that's fine! As a result, the room was changed with a fight, everything worked properly here, but there was a huge black hair in the towel, the pillow on the bed was kind of small, flat, as if stuffed with some rags or I don't know what.
Internet: get ready for the fact that there is no free WI-FI here, only for a fee (this is in the 21st century🤦), by the way, it costs $ 18 for 10 days, and its quality is 💩, even photos cannot be uploaded.
Food. For 3*, it probably corresponds, but everything is not tasty.... There is chicken every day, there has never been any other meat. Salads, even ordinary vegetables, they managed to spoil. Drinking water is available only in the cooler near the bar, there is no water in the room. The coffee is disgusting, especially in the dining room (it's hard to call this liquid coffee), it's better to take coffee near the bar, there's the same machine, but there are fewer people and somehow you can drink it.
On alcohol: there were a couple of times when there was no beer, the device broke down. Beer will do. Whiskey and Coke will do. The rest, lemonades of all kinds were always in abundance.
The beach is far away, there is little space, there is nowhere to put even a bag, so many go to the wild beach.
The music in the hotel is banging, our hotel is the only sound in the whole neighborhood, the rest is quiet. If you want to sleep, it won't work! And before 23.00, no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to fall asleep, since the disco is until 23.00, in the morning they turn on at 10 o'clock.
This is the result of the review. Decide for yourself, but I would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms with dirty bed linen and dirty bathroom, the food is not always fresh (the same fried fish was served for lunch, dinner, and lunch the next day). There was no bottled water according to the all inclusive system, I had to drink from the cooler (thank God, everyone was alive), the coffee from the vending machine was tasteless, and it was impossible to brew real coffee, since there was no coffee machine for this. Wi-Fi is paid both in the room and in the lobby, and the connection in the room was constantly falling off. The hotel positions itself as 4 stars, I would not give 3, honestly, the service is lame on both legs.

In no case should you go to this hotel! Clearly purchased 4 stars! You can 't even give 2 stars ! Complete unsanitary conditions ! There is more chlorine in the pool than water. The dirt is terrible! The photo on the website does not correspond to reality! I will definitely write a complaint to the appropriate authorities! This should not be allowed to work with people! Thank God that we stopped by for one night to spend the night. Of course , we will not have breakfast , we will not risk our health . I 'm just furious with everything I 've seen . I've never seen such filth and unsanitary conditions in my life ! The toilet door closes with an elastic band from underpants - a genius of engineering! We rested with my husband at Lavia hotes Kemer from 29.08,22-12.09.22. I gave a general rating of 3. The hotel is very dirty, I washed the bathroom and the bathroom myself, wiped all the furniture. They gave money, but without result. My husband had to work too. The smell was terrible, but he fixed it, he says it's enough for a couple of years. We didn't come for one night. But the food was good, the cooks tried their best. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not far from the sewage treatment plants, there are a lot of flies, I got a room with a view of the street, very small, repairs were probably done a long time ago. The food is disgusting, I only ate mashed soup, pasta and omelette, there are fruits. They rarely gave fish or cutlets, you don't understand what they were made of. An hour of ice cream, beer is spared, two or three plastic cups per person. The beach has its own territory, again small, a lot of smoking. In general, we swam at the sea at sunrise, then for breakfast and then swam in another place, at the pier from the rocks, looking at us, two or three days later other vacationers who were tired of crowding on the beach, the stench of tobacco and screaming children began to join us. Don't set foot there anymore. The city itself is clean, there is a place to walk. On the plus side: there is a pine forest and mountains nearby, I climbed the paths a couple of times to the very top, the view is awesome, there are remnants of some ancient wall, which the Turks themselves do not know anything about.

We stayed at this hotel in 2019. We occupied 2 rooms, one on the 1st floor (very small, but you can access the pool through the balcony), the second on the 4th floor (there is no elevator), but a chic room, mountain view, silence, the child's bed is separated by a partition, not a little important factor. The pool alone, with a slide, was turned on for a couple of hours. The choice of food is not very diverse, but you can eat enough, the men had enough. We walked to the sea for 10-15 minutes, but there was also a delivery, even picked up along the way. On the way to the sea, shops and tour packages were also bought there, which is much cheaper than at the hotel. The staff is friendly, they were even ready to buy a pot for a child. The center of Kemer and the embankment are nearby, it is very beautiful in the evening and there are a lot of shops. The hotel is not big, there is no animation, there is no children's room, sometimes there is a program in the evenings with visiting artists. The sea is gorgeous, sand, but there is a strip of stones at the entrance to the water. The water is always warm, it is convenient with children, as it is shallow, you can play.

I used to trust the opinion of a professional and that's how we ended up here. We arrived with great comfort late in the evening, but we managed to have dinner. Music was playing loudly by the pool, which immediately prompted me to ask for the furthest room. Without any delay, my request was heard. Our suitcases were delivered to us and we immediately went to dinner, which ended at 21 o'clock. You will definitely not stay hungry. It seems that all we did was refresh ourselves) There is even an hour of ice cream every day) It's very tasty. There is also a variety of drinks. To say that the staff is friendly is to say nothing. I liked everything. Of course, the sea is not very close, but you also need to walk with health benefits. The sea is a bay, with a sandy one! I don't remember such a caressing sea. Everything was perfect. I would like to say a special thank you to the employee of the hotel Volkan. Everything will always tell you where the stores are and so on. I would like to warn you that sometimes on the way to the sea a blonde comes across from a travel agency who offers to go and buy a cheap jacket. Shows the catalog and names non-existent prices. Don't get fooled. There are inexpensive leather goods at the end of Ataturk Boulevard and on the neighboring streets.

A very pleasant hotel. Convenient location, although not the first line, but it was not felt, the transition to the beach is underground. The food is acceptable, of course, without frills, but delicious. There is more than enough for a budget holiday. The hotel is 3*, but even seemed better than some 4*. The advantage of the hotel is that it is small. There are no queues and sun loungers with umbrellas can always be found both by the pool and by the sea. We are happy with the rest, we went with a child of 7 years old. There is no animation as such, but we were not bored.

The waiters monitor and update the dishes constantly. The distance from the sea is about 500m. But the path leads through the shops and the park. Nearby, bicycle rental is $ 1 per hour and electric bicycles are $ 4 per hour. We had a rest in June 2019.The beach is sand. Entering the sea is a pebble strip of about 1-2 m and then sand again.

We stayed at this hotel twice: in May 2017 and June 2019. The first time I really liked the beach in the bay, this summer the beach was moved to the same bay, but next to water activities (boats ply nearby all the time and there is an advertisement for banana rides, at the entrance to the sea there is an unpleasant pebble for the feet, also some suspicious pipe runs along the bottom) - this was somewhat disappointing ☹️ The food at the hotel is very tasty, especially the cakes for dinner and pastries 🍰the only drawback is the poor organization of dinners - huge queues for food and lack of places at the tables. There is no animation in the hotel, but we didn't need it, we wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday. The hotel is located far from the city, in a rather picturesque place. Overall, I liked the rest there, if necessary, we will return again

The food is monotonous, but edible, a good bar (whiskey, vodka, beer, wine, cola / sprite for free, you can take a cocktail for an additional fee of 5 bucks), an excellent animator bartender Cloud =) sometimes gives paid cocktails. Every evening there is a disco at the bar with Russian music (this is rather a minus, because the same thing is playing, like Arthur Pirozhkov), the air conditioning in the room is working, the room is cleaned if asked, once every 4 days.
There are minor plumbing problems in the bathroom, weak pressure and hot water only in the evening (from solar panels), there is a swimming pool. In general, the hotel is family-run, it has a decent rest there, but more for those who will not hang out there all the time, just to sleep between excursions is a great cheap option.

I enjoyed spending 11 days. The hotel did not disappoint, the money spent on the tour is not a pity. A little further than expected the beach and the sea, but it looks like the whole Kemer is away from the beach) Thanks to the staff, cleaning on time and efficiently, security at the level and surprisingly good knowledge of the Russian language! The impression of the hotel is very ambiguous... I thought that time would pass, the negativity would settle down and only positive memories would remain, but somehow this time it didn't work out (((
We arrived at the hotel on the evening of 08/20, checked in one second into a wonderful (at first glance) room 4011. The first impression was spoiled by the view from the balcony window: a concrete wall overgrown with grass! That is, morning and evening gatherings on the balcony with the contemplation of sunsets are excluded.... Then the mold on the walls and fungus in the corners caught my eye, everything was accompanied by a corresponding smell. When asked to change the room, even with an additional payment, the administrator just spread his hands, the hotel is full, come tomorrow! We must pay tribute to the fact that the very next day we were moved to another room (1204) on the third floor, which completely satisfied us. Everything that the hotel promised in the description was available and working properly. I think that the hotel has such a trick: first check into rooms near the pool and relocate in case of indignation of tourists.
The hotel is in high demand! There are sooo many people! This is especially felt at breakfast-lunch-dinner, but it is expected... The only thing I would like to say is about the attitude of the staff towards the guests. We are standing in a long queue of Russians, Ukrainians, . . .., Germans, Turks with outstretched plates for some fried sweets. The cook snatches the Turk's plate from the middle of the queue, fills it, returns it to the happy eater, who goes to take a place at the table... and we, blinking, remain standing and waiting for our turn... I suppose, after checking into the hotel, we are all equal for the hotel, we are all guests! It turns out that the staff prefers fellow countrymen!
Given that the hotel is crowded, sometimes it was difficult to find a place at the table.... I didn't like the bartender, he tried to pour alcohol into disposable plastic cups for dinner!!!
And flies!!! Lots of flies!!! It was annoying.... Where there are so many of them from is not clear, because the waiters cleaned the tables very quickly!
And I was also very surprised by the box near the cook for tips (we travel a lot, and therefore I speak knowledgeably), but we have never seen such outright begging anywhere (((
We never swam in the pool, because during the week of our stay, we could not sit on the sun beds near it!! The slide was also not used - you have to stay in the hotel all the time to "catch" the time of its operation (((
All the sun beds are occupied with towels... Once I counted, out of 26 sun beds located on one side of the pool, only 8 were occupied by people, the rest were covered with towels.... I think this is an omission of the administration, there were precedents, people even brawled!!
Beach. I thought that if the hotel positions itself as a hotel with a private area of a city beach, there will be no one on this beach except our hotel, but.... How wrong I was!!!! 🤦♀️ Walking distance to the beach is 20 minutes. But according to the schedule, the hotel provides a shuttle service. Sun beds standing close to each other, an awning stretched on top, and a million sunbathers, many of whom constantly smoke... By the way, the hotel also smokes everywhere!! For smokers, this hotel is a godsend!! The entrance to the sea is pebbles, special shoes are needed. Still, the beach had a plus: good WiFi. Considering that it was unpleasant to be in the hotel and on the beach, they filled the rest with excursions ...
Iko Melisa Garden is definitely not for a seal vacation, if you are ready for this, and are ready to put up with the "chips" of the hotel described above, then you are here!

We rested, gathered at the sea, went to the bar, please coffee, tea as much as you want, it turned out that afternoon tea was offered a fairly large assortment of cooked food, fruits, ice cream after half an hour, everything is free, the next day we realized that if we do not move, we will get fat in a few days. They are being fed for slaughter. Now I'm writing on the balcony, it smells a little like sewage, my husband ran into the room, from the smell.Every other day there are discos, which are constantly led by different presenters. And probably the most important thing about the sea, the sea is nearby, you won't ask anyone, they say a 10-minute walk, but with such food, it turned out to be very close, a small zigzag between hotels and the sea, a separate beach, with juices and tea, coffee at any time. We came early, there were a lot of places, but then we noticed who had been lying in bed for a long time, running along the beach and could not find places. In general, we are satisfied with the rest for 4, but for such money probably for 5, and I would also like to mention the young couple who please us from morning to evening, it can be awkward, we are ordinary people, but they call us gentlemen. They are just great workers!!!Thanks a lot to them for everything!!! I invite everyone, you will not regret it!!! We have a whole week to rest and I'm happy, it's worth working from morning to evening to have a decent rest!!! Have a good rest for everyone!!! And us!!!

May-June 2019, horror, quiet horror, the hotel is located in a landfill, there is a canal with a pile of garbage nearby, the hotel does not have a territory, a small playground shat with pigeons, the food is standard soy cutlets, sometimes chicken and fish, the queue for food is constant, the hotel does not pull for 4 stars and even 3, air conditioning in the room did not work, we were told tomorrow when we were asked to fix or move us.... Only after complaining to the owner of the hotel who lives there, they wanted to move us, but we were already leaving the next day. I do not recommend it.
