The object is interesting primarily because it was created, maintained and developed due to the enthusiasm of the villagers. A picturesque place. The decision to place wings on the facade of the building, imitating a windmill, in my opinion, is controversial, because this mill was powered by an engine. But it doesn't really matter. The main thing is that people have a desire to preserve the mill for posterity.
