The next dish is Hinkal, beloved and wonderful. The meat turned out to be raw. Apparently they were judged by the test, because a little more and it would have been terrible - he also refused to pay. Although I drank 2/3 glasses of beer, it was clearly sour, although malt varieties rarely taste sour, of course, if they are not spoiled. My wife was more lucky, the potatoes were made in a rustic 10/10 and the pork chop is also nothing, I'm not a fan, but I appreciated it. In general, you expect one thing, but you get a hat for an Over high price. I ate at slightly cheaper prices in Sukhumi in establishments with a higher level and quality. And here there is just some kind of dissonance. It is a very strange business, we would leave more than one dozen with you and would advise all friends who went to Gagra. But alas, this will not happen - until you build a system in the kitchen.
