We found a place on the Internet where locals eat. It was interesting that such an institution was not for tourists. There are a lot of different kebabs. The prices are cheap. At first we thought that the price was for 100 grams, but then it turned out that it was for 1 kg, and we were pleasantly surprised. I recommend it for those who want to try Uzbek shish kebab. Do not be afraid to take mutton, it is the most delicate and absolutely odorless (this type of lamb is grown in Uzbekistan).
I had lunch here for 10 days, and it was delicious every other time. If you pass with local friends, they ask you to bring fresh ones , they bring fresh ones, for example, a pickle, when you came alone they always served yesterday's, it is felt both by taste and by heating in the microwave. The menu is only in Uzbek, there is one caveat: the price is for 1 kg of meat. If you ordered a chicken kebab 600 thousand rubles, but the menu does not specify a portion in kg or grams, and if you are not a local, they will bring you 500 grams, but they will count for 1 kg, I double-checked and made sure when ordering it., which I emphasized at the checkout and they recalculated it for me. It 's not pleasant , of course , but it 's a fact . 12% for the service is included in the customer's order, this is a violation and I have pointed this out repeatedly. Prices are more expensive, I recommend avoiding the establishment. If you're a local and you speak Uzbek, then the attitude is different.
The kebabs and kebabs are very tasty, the portions are huge, the prices are not high, and the order is delivered quickly. The halls are very large, there are many places, the interior is beautiful, everything is clean. I recommend this place!
The restaurant is praised in Uzbek chat rooms, but I didn't come in.
A place where locals eat, prices are lower than in tourist areas. As for me, it's a three-course meal. Everything is very greasy and not very aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere also leaves much to be desired: it resembles a restaurant in the Russian countryside of the early 2000s, which they tried to modernize without large investments.
My husband liked the food.
We ordered a lamb shish kebab. Delicious, but nothing more. The usual barbecue. No better or worse than in other places. They cheat with the weight of the barbecue. A serving is said to be 1 kg. We ordered half a portion. They brought very little. No more than 300 grams. The staff is exhausted, they take orders with a tired look. They won't come until you call them. The food is rated 3, and the service is rated 2. The bill included water, which was not taken. Probably the bottle that was on the table. 4000 soums, not much, but unpleasant
I didn't like this place, maybe they took the wrong one. They took mutton in a tandoor, very fatty meat, it smells like mutton, they left almost the whole dish, they don't charge money for it in good restaurants. Burnt samsa…We paid for everything, wasted money and time. It took a long time to cook, the staff does not know Russian, the tables are not wiped, the diner is one word.
A cafe for locals, a small menu. There is no alcohol. But this is the best lamb kebab I've ever tasted!! Juicy, tender!Bukhara salsa with tomato is also excellent
The restaurant is special .This is not a simple restaurant. They prepare a meat dish in the form of a barbecue. The delicious taste cannot be conveyed in words.I liked it very much. The cleanliness of the establishment pleases the eyes.I advise all the guests.
Delicious food. The shish kebab is juicy. I arrived in Bukhara quite late, I came here around 23 hours, the waitress took the order. I recommended bringing alcohol with you - you can buy wine or beer at the place across the street, even at night. I liked everything. I recommend it!
Great place! It's not really a tourist center, you need to move away a little (or drive away, as we did), but it's worth it. There is an incredibly delicious barbecue here. We tried kebabs in Samarkand and Tashkent, but here is really the top! We took lula (called "minced meat" in local menus.), lamb flesh and lamb ribs, everything is super! The place is obviously popular with the locals, and it is designed for them, so the waiters do not speak Russian very well, but we did not have any special problems. The average check is not high, somewhere 1200-1500, for 6 skewers of shish kebab, flatbread, tea, pickles, suzma.
We visited twice, the first time we tried mutton in a Tandoor, we liked it. Shish kebab is tastier, but tandoor is also normal, well, unusual. You can ask for half a portion of everything.
The dishes are generally delicious. Samsa, salads.
I didn't like the lamb shish kebab, it was tasteless. It's either the meat or the marinade.
The waiter was slow, he didn't give me knives, he didn't clean the dirty dishes, I went to the cashier on my own to pay. At the same time, 15% for the service. Unpleasant.
Perhaps the best restaurant in the price/quality category. Half of Bukhara eats there because it is delicious and not expensive. There is no Fttok because they have eaten everything
The tea in the teapot is brewed not from tea, but from a tea bag, and from one for the whole teapot. They served it without sugar, so I had to ask and wait. Shish kebab of chicken with bones, ribs and leg bones, undercooked. The prices are not low. We'll probably never get the bill. The waiters all disappeared from sight.
They cook great and are relatively inexpensive. Lamb kebab, pilaf, shurpa, beyond praise. The service is fast and hospitable, there are not very many people. I recommend
A very wonderful restaurant in Bukhara! Huge portions, normal prices. The most delicious barbecue in Bukhara!!! And maybe even in the whole of Uzbekistan. Lamb kebab just melts in your mouth, spices and salt are just right! I definitely recommend you to visit!!!
We were in a cafe on the recommendation of local residents. It is not very far from the old town. The food is normal, the portions are also normal, not small, but the service is "0". We went into a cafe, no one met us, some man, without even getting up from the counter, directed us to the 2nd floor. There was no waiter waiting for us at all, he was sitting at the table with his feet on a chair, pointing at the phone. He did not offer to sit down at the table, we chose the table ourselves and sat down. The waiter did not say hello, set the plates, then brought 1 menu for five, asked for another menu, did not bring it, apparently did not understand. He hardly understands Russian at all, he couldn't even take an order, he called someone else who didn't look very much like a waiter. The salads were quite tasty, and so were the potatoes. We ordered 2 servings of chicken kebab, brought 2 skewers and a bunch of pickled onions on one plate, so I did not understand whether it was 2 servings or one, but firstly the chicken was not cooked, secondly the pieces were with bones and skin.
There was no music, at least no background music, in the hall.
Moreover, they did not forget to include 12% for VIP service in the bill.
They came and sat for 40 minutes, came up to us, asked what they needed, ordered, but this is not there, there are a lot of people who do not have time for the holiday, so I do not recommend holidays
It's amazing!
I was in Tashkent, in Khiva, and now I came to Bukhara. It was good and delicious on the way, but it wasn't soooo delicious yet.
The kebab is juicy, hot, freshly cooked.
The vegetables are the most fragrant.
Salad "Melody" is just a bomb 💣
It is also very clean, fresh and cozy here.
My coolest recommendation 👍💙
The tea is not delicious, the chicken kebab takes a long time to cook and does not shine with its taste.Tea was served without sugar.I don't recommend this place.
The location is very convenient.
We have been there many times.
The service is good, fast delivery, nimble staff and of course an acceptable price, they cook well, they were satisfied every time. Recommend
The barbecue is very tasty, the place is not quite in the tourist area, mostly for locals. The service is decent, if you don't find fault. There is no alcohol on the menu, but they meet the question halfway. The 2nd floor is more presentable, for whom it is important. Bathroom... well, in general, in the catering establishments of Bukhara, where I have been.
The barbecue is a bomb. Juicy mutton, the pieces are really big, the meat inside is without redness, and the outside is not overcooked. Everything is as ordered in his will by the great great-grandfather of the kebabs. I definitely recommend trying it.
If the interior is not important to you, you can visit this institution. I did not like it already at the entrance, the menu is the usual national, I will not say that the prices are cheaper than in other places. We wanted to celebrate a birthday, but we abandoned this idea. I don't know the quality of the dishes, I won't say anything about it
Wonderful cafe! Fast, inexpensive, large portions, delicious. The waiters hardly speak Russian, but you can explain yourself. Very tasty kebabs! The only place in Bukhara that has been visited twice
We went there by chance after visiting the museum
Khodjaeva, it was delicious! I advise you to take mastava and Uighur giz. We sat there for tea for three hours, pleased with the air conditioning and a pillow on the sofa :)
The food is good, I especially liked vagura and giz. Of the disadvantages, only the service is slow. The bomb location is not far from the old town. I advise everyone who has not tried vaguri.
A great place with very tasty food, a democratic price tag "for locals".
We got here on the recommendation of the hostess of the hotel.
I definitely recommend you to visit.
