Great place! It's not really a tourist center, you need to move away a little (or drive away, as we did), but it's worth it. There is an incredibly delicious barbecue here. We tried kebabs in Samarkand and Tashkent, but here is really the top! We took lula (called "minced meat" in local menus.), lamb flesh and lamb ribs, everything is super! The place is obviously popular with the locals, and it is designed for them, so the waiters do not speak Russian very well, but we did not have any special problems. The average check is not high, somewhere 1200-1500, for 6 skewers of shish kebab, flatbread, tea, pickles, suzma.
We visited twice, the first time we tried mutton in a Tandoor, we liked it. Shish kebab is tastier, but tandoor is also normal, well, unusual. You can ask for half a portion of everything.

A very wonderful restaurant in Bukhara! Huge portions, normal prices. The most delicious barbecue in Bukhara!!! And maybe even in the whole of Uzbekistan. Lamb kebab just melts in your mouth, spices and salt are just right! I definitely recommend you to visit!!!

We were in a cafe on the recommendation of local residents. It is not very far from the old town. The food is normal, the portions are also normal, not small, but the service is "0". We went into a cafe, no one met us, some man, without even getting up from the counter, directed us to the 2nd floor. There was no waiter waiting for us at all, he was sitting at the table with his feet on a chair, pointing at the phone. He did not offer to sit down at the table, we chose the table ourselves and sat down. The waiter did not say hello, set the plates, then brought 1 menu for five, asked for another menu, did not bring it, apparently did not understand. He hardly understands Russian at all, he couldn't even take an order, he called someone else who didn't look very much like a waiter. The salads were quite tasty, and so were the potatoes. We ordered 2 servings of chicken kebab, brought 2 skewers and a bunch of pickled onions on one plate, so I did not understand whether it was 2 servings or one, but firstly the chicken was not cooked, secondly the pieces were with bones and skin.
There was no music, at least no background music, in the hall.
Moreover, they did not forget to include 12% for VIP service in the bill.

It's amazing!
I was in Tashkent, in Khiva, and now I came to Bukhara. It was good and delicious on the way, but it wasn't soooo delicious yet.
The kebab is juicy, hot, freshly cooked.
The vegetables are the most fragrant.
Salad "Melody" is just a bomb 💣
It is also very clean, fresh and cozy here.

We went there by chance after visiting the museum
Khodjaeva, it was delicious! I advise you to take mastava and Uighur giz. We sat there for tea for three hours, pleased with the air conditioning and a pillow on the sofa :)

Хорошее кафе с разнообразное меню. Шашлыки на выбор : говядина и баранина, цены вполне адекватные, к примеру четыре шампура шашлыка из вырезки баранины на рос. Деньги 600 р. Свежий салат из помидоров и огурцов, жареный баклажан и многое другое. Залы оформлены в современном стиле.
Для тех кто любит пиво и др напитки в кафе не продаются, но и тут идут на встречу.....
Как? Советую посетить это заведение

Место популярно среди местных что есть показатель для туриста. Очень вкусные шашлыки, большие порции, одна порция - 4 шампура. Интерьер простой, для непритязательных туристов, но шашлыки, дейстсительно, очень вкусные.

Рекомендую. Заведение больше для местных. Меню написано на стене на узбекском языке. Особой эстетики не найдете. Обслуживание быстрое. По соотношению цена-качество - супер. 1.5 супа с фрикадельками, 2 шашлыка, салат, лепешка и чай - 90 тыс. сум. Всё вкусное. Рекомендую молотый шашлык. Блюда не диетические.
