Everything is very simple and as clear as possible: “Music Lover” announces a sale of books, you make an order with pickup, you wait for confirmation by SMS. Four years later (!) the day the order is cancelled — supposedly the books are over. At the same time, the books are on the website and the call center offers you to buy them for 11 times more expensive. It was not possible to get through to the call center anymore, the manager promised to call back, after four days there is no call, and either bots or provocateurs answer in the Instagram profile: I ask when there will be a call from the manager, “We have nothing more to answer you,” they say.
