The company is great!!! All employees are masters of their craft, they work at the highest level: clearly, accurately, efficiently, reliably, on time! I am not talking about quality and reliability unfounded, because I have been working with this company since 2007 (I ordered the improvement of the burial sites of my relatives only HERE). I would like to say a lot of words of gratitude to ALL employees of the company!!! I express my special gratitude to Inna, first of all for her attentiveness, responsiveness and wisdom!!! Good afternoon. A lot of praise was written to the company and Inna and I want to confirm everything, but I will write a review more on the case. I got here having already had a lot of trouble and having lost a year of time (someone did not reach the word at all, competitors, on the contrary, considered "in a blue eye" threw me 1000 rubles in a very brazen way and there were also fat disadvantages, one fairly large company failed the task with such a bang that I do not want to write, it is no longer for this the review. Memorial Granite Service was my final attempt not to despair of finding a reliable contractor in Baranovichi.
So, our project was not easy: to update 3 burials, make a fourth, combine everything stylistically into one harmonious solution, do it efficiently and reliably and not take off on a budget, conduct the project remotely and coordinate with three customers (with one prevailing). Everything was performed brilliantly.
There are no perfect deals, conditions, customers and performers, but everything was extremely close to ideal.
1. A lot of attention to the project, wishes, details.
2. Thoroughness to the smallest detail, an explanation of what's what and why. Examples. Experience, etc.
3. A variety of materials in times that are not at all easy for stone.
4. The prices are good. Maybe where it is lower, I don't know, but I know for sure a lot of places 20 percent higher)).
5. Very good visualizations. Not as perfect as Prof.visualizers for interior designs, for example, but also not outlines/antediluvian drawings, as offered by other companies. It is important to understand how it will look after implementation, we put it with a swing for decades even. I personally was a visual artist and it was critical for me to understand the final version.
6. Clear work schedule.
7. The transaction was conducted 95% remotely and everything was perfect.
8. There is an installation in the contract (my personal experience has shown that this is not the case everywhere. They often say: "With the installer, then on the spot, and the calculation too." So you won't find the ends later). In addition, many people write one total amount in the contract, which is not in the direction of the consumer. But come on, they still don't explain how it was formed. Everything was clear, transparent and reflected in the contract.
7. Deadlines for execution. We missed it by a couple of days, high season, but we managed to do everything.
8. There was a force majeure with one monument...and as a client, I didn't even notice him. It is very valuable not to worry your nerves.
9. As a result: all three customers are satisfied (I note that they are sooo different in life), all tasks are performed brilliantly. The photo does not reflect the real picture, but people find me now and endlessly compliment me on how amazing everything looks in person. My grandfather's friend of 90 years told me that he had never seen the memory of his ancestors so honored. (I shortened the text a little). I consider this to be Inna's merit in the first place.
And of course, in addition to the dry facts, I want to thank Inna, Andrey and the permanent head) for such a professional approach, for a warm attitude in such a morally difficult matter, for humanity, for such a beautiful memory of people close to us.

I want to leave a review about the work of Memorial Granite company.
I applied to this company on the advice of a relative and did not regret it. It was necessary to arrange a burial place in the village. On the advice of Inna Nikolaevna, specialist Andrey went to the cemetery, I didn't even have to go myself. He explained everything to me on the phone and advised me how to do it better. The next day Inna Nikolaevna called back and announced the amount of the order, which quite satisfied me. By the time I arrived, the contract had already been prepared, I just had to sign it.
