A stunning memorial from 1982. Mozhaev's sculpture is simply amazing with its plastic solution and scope. There is an observation deck on the embankment nearby. The exposition is an exhibition with lighting. After the renovation in 2022 under the auspices of the RVIO, the memorial became even more interesting and modern.
