The camp and the surrounding area are named after the Red Cross office/base that was nearby during World War II. The museum is named after the first successful escape from a Nazi concentration camp – on February 12, 1942, 105 prisoners managed to escape.
The ticket costs 400 dinars, for 1000 you can buy a ticket that allows you to visit other museums in the Niche. The personal experience of interacting with the concentration camp was positive.
