I am proud of the PEOPLE who brought back the memory of this place. I was more impressed by a natural monument than a human one - a dead lake with absolutely black water, which reflected the blue sky. Perhaps the prisoners were walking past him. We also looked into this water. It's creepy. It's just creepy... Symbolically, the black water REFLECTS the blue sky. For light cannot be hidden, darkness cannot swallow it up (from Evagelia) May no one ever break people's lives like pencils again... I'm against

It's a horror and a nightmare.. so many people died This is a very good memorial complex with a lot of monuments and ruins of various structures. The gate of memory is the very center - people who are immured, and then they will be burned. There is a map of Trostenets, a bunch of different alleys. The gloomy sky, fog and the distant factory add to the horror. There's a lot to see here, but it looks very scary. Nearby, in the center of the village, there is an obelisk dedicated to the same events. In general, it's scary and terrible, the complex itself is very good

The place is certainly interesting, but the feelings are certainly mixed. But it's an interesting idea, if you're not very sensitive, it's worth visiting and touching on a complicated story. There will be enough impressions for a long time.

There is a large memorial, destroyed buildings remain, the territory is well maintained, there are explanatory signs. Everything is overshadowed by people who sunbathe in swimsuits on the territory of the memorial, including on the field where the ashes of the burned people were scattered. They also allow themselves to drink and eat on the territory, and the offspring of such non-humans throw stones into the ruins, jump on them like on a playground, children snap at comments, parents do not react... It is sad that the locals treat their history this way, I would say shameful.

A landmark place, the largest concentration camp of the USSR.... but!! The project is abandoned. The grass is not mowed, windbreaks, thickets, signs are torn off, it is not clear where to go and what in general… Without knowing the history: a field with stones. It's really sad, we came 100km away... the only thing is the monument "Gate of Memory" and the alley, but it's also abandoned. People walk just like in the park. There is no atmosphere… Hurtful. Khatyn has been landscaped, pay attention to the Trostenets.

The historically scary place made no impression. If you don't know the history, then it's just a field with stones. We visited Khatyn and Trostenets on the same day. In Khatyn

The place is iconic. The largest death camp in Belarus. I would put 5 but!!!! The big project is abandoned, no one needs it. The signs have been torn down from some places. A pile of garbage pond along (river) overgrown is not cleaned. The tower used to be there and also has not collapsed or I don't know what happened to it. Sadly. They fry kebabs, even the girls relieve themselves in the bushes (I'm sorry, as it was before my eyes, I say so) well done drinking and frying kebabs. It's pathetic and painful.

It is a very atmospheric place in Minsk, it is filled with history and memory of the tragic events that took place during the Second World War. I believe that there should be as many such places as possible in order to preserve and transmit tribute to the historical memory of the victims of concentration camps.

An atmospheric place, the only thing is very sad that dog walkers and barbecue lovers do not understand WHERE their dogs relieve themselves and they drink beer with meat in the sun.......

Well done Belarusians! The memory of the fallen is supported! Monument to the Fallen. The sculptor Tsereteli is impressive. The memory alley is very interesting, with maps of concentration camps and the number of dead.

I was interested in learning about the story. But I didn't like the way it was presented. The main monument stands against the pipes of some factory. And it seems that the trust is still in effect. It's creepy.
