Our family has lost a dearly loved one. When it was time to erect a monument, they turned to the Memory in stone, the office on Zvezda Ave. Our whole huge family thanks all the employees of the company for a great job done. We would like to thank Ruslan, who patiently listened to all our wishes, gave very useful advice, and suggested the best solution to the issues. I liked the professionalism and warm attitude towards customers. And when they went to receive the monument, the girls at the factory explained in detail how to take care of the monument, the portrait and the painting (beautifully painted). Good organization, competent sales specialist Ruslan. He explained everything intelligently, showed the project, and quickly calculated the cost. The complex is completely turnkey, that is, you do not need to look for delivery and installation separately. The monument was made and installed on time, it was a little different from what was on the computer, but we were warned about it. The rules of care were explained. It took us more than two years to find an organization that would be ready to fulfill all our wishes. Only "Memory in Stone" fulfilled an individual order according to our sketch, everything was done on time according to the contract.
