I constantly ask for flowers through instagram for bouquets and I want to express my sincere thanks. The store staff are real professionals in their field! They are not only attentive to details, but also ready to fulfill any wishes of the client.
Every appeal to them is treated with maximum attention: from choosing exactly the flowers that you want to design a bouquet that really impresses. I was amazed by their creativity and customer care.

It was necessary to purchase a man's bouquet to congratulate a man on his 90th birthday. We typed "men's bouquets" on the Internet and the first thing we saw was a link to a men's flower company. This is where we came in the first place. But they quickly became disillusioned. At least at the time of our arrival, this organization did not live up to its name. There were no ready-made bouquets available. The range of flowers is very sparse: sad roses, carnations and 4-5 more varieties of flowers and herbs. The sales girl could not clearly explain which flowers should be in the men's bouquet and whether we would be able to collect such a bouquet the next morning.

I pre-ordered a bouquet of tulips for March 8th. One tulip with a discount was given for 5.4 rubles. It's a bit expensive, but I thought it would bring fresh and beautiful tulips. There are no questions about freshness, they stood like everyone else. But the tulips turned out to be unexpectedly short, much shorter than those that were sold in stalls, for example.
Today I accidentally noticed that the tulips cost 2.8 rubles from competitors across the street.
In general, it turned out to be unreasonably expensive.

My husband placed an order for March 8th at least a week in advance. I chose tulips based on their Instagram photos, the color is selected, the buds in the photo are large. In the bouquet that arrived, the buds differed both in size and color. It turned out that they chose a similar color (let me remind you, the photo reference was selected from their own post on March 8), without coordinating with her husband. The buds on instagram and live, like a story from expectation/reality. They say they'll grow up, thank you! To make amends, they sent a complimentary bouquet, not very fresh :) everyone will make their own choice, but we choose not to order here anymore.

We made a pre-order for March 8th. The quality of the colors is top notch. Delivery was in the range of three hours as it is a public holiday. When ordering, we clarified that the delivery was needed at the right time, we were leaving for the country) They went to meet us and brought us on time, which is very nice 🙂
The price of a tulip is certainly more expensive than on the street, but the price justified the quality. The tulips arrived fresh, still standing and pleasing to the eye! Thank you for such a service, we will contact you!

I made an order for two bouquets via Yandex (there were no restrictions, the money was withdrawn) - I meet my wife and daughter. I've been waiting for 2.5 hours, not sleeping (night flight). No one bothered to dial and say that bro.. We went to rest. As a result, no delivery, correspondence with Yandex support . I did it at 23:18... at 01:49 I was informed that they couldn't.. super

I made an order on Tuesday, on Friday (mother's Day) as a result, the bouquet was never delivered, calling them, they said that there were a lot of orders. I wonder when I would have to place an order to receive flowers? Therefore, I advise you not to order a bouquet here for an important event, because there is a chance that you will get into an awkward position.
