I really love this brand! A large selection of suits, shoes, and the principle of the entire range. Unobtrusive consultants who will always help you choose the right size/color. I've been wearing things for over a year now, no problem. I also really like the discount system, which gives a real discount, without confusing bonuses, as it is now in most stores. Of the minuses, rather, these are wishes, to try to expand the line of clothing by price and quality category, that is, to offer a choice of the same name, but of different quality and price. For example, golf in the composition of cotton acrylic for 119-139r and golf in the composition of cashmere, cotton,acrylic at a price of 150 rubles, would be a good solution. However, the price of golfa cotton acrylic is clearly overstated at this moment.
Another example: Gloves price 120-140r, higher quality tailoring is required for this money, the leather is not bad but not of the best quality for this money, even if compared with the Belarusian "accent" of the highest quality for 110-128r. Kaman gloves lose, not to mention that you can pay 70-80 rubles and buy already top quality from ecco (Denmark).
There is no limit to perfection, we are working on a brand designer according to the line and control the market according to the price-quality offer.

We came to leave a round sum for a nice suit. We came in - everyone is busy, neither hello nor goodbye. We returned half an hour later, the consultant was released, they politely approached, asked, the consultant, with an air of universal employment, took off our jacket to try on. In response to my words that the size does not fit, we were advised to go where it suits us. The attitude of the consultant we turned to is just terrible. The level of service is disgusting. Dear consultants, you are the staff, you do not have to behave like hosts. Don't set foot there anymore.

I really liked the range of men's suits, colors, fabrics, but I was surprised by the size range, in which your size here will be 1-2 sizes larger than your usual size in other stores.
I would like to wish to change and increase the size range to match those men who are actually in size 56-58, because there are a lot of them and they want to buy your suits!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of this company. A very strange behavior of the store manager when solving controversial issues, who greets you with instant aggression. They do not seek to offer the client an alternative. The quality of the shoes is in great doubt. I didn't pay attention at the time of purchase, as a result, one shoe turned out to be worn out. I returned to the store, 10 minutes passed after the purchase. The manager (or the senior salesperson, she did not introduce herself) began to explain that this was natural wear and tear! ))) That's right, but it's a new pair of shoes. She offered to leave the shoes, an examination will be carried out and an answer will be given in 14 days. But I need shoes now. Thanks again for the "service". Be careful when buying goods in this store!

We were traveling from Russia to Minsk for the sake of a suit . One of the first was your store. A blonde woman, a consultant, helped us pick up everything. We tried on a lot of costumes before your store (mostly in our city ) , everything is not the same , we wanted something stylish and modern . Regarding your costumes, the quality is amazing , especially for such a price, it seems to me that this costume should cost much more ! Thanks again! If it 's for a costume , then only to you ! Beautiful and pleasant to the touch, but falling apart. I bought a jacket and a three-piece. The three-piece lining falls apart at the seams every third exit (6 times worn). The jacket needs to be shaved from the pellets once every 2 weeks because it looks disgusting if you wear it. I do not recommend it if you are going to wear it. How will the suit go for 1 exit

The attentive attitude of the consultants, a good suit was chosen for her husband. But the quality raises questions. After the first dry cleaning, the suit sat down a little, the jacket is constantly wrinkled: I put it on, got into the car, came to work - and it feels like no one ironed the jacket.. The view is untidy. It's the same story with trousers. You can buy a more expensive suit, but with better quality. We're not going back here.
