I came to a psychiatrist Pavel Alfimov with an IBS problem, a very pleasant doctor, prescribed treatment - it helped. Now I'm going to psychotherapy with the beautiful Mary Akhoyan. All people are nice and polite. I had no problems with making an appointment, I called - they made an appointment, after the reception we discussed further communication — they write in the telegram (very convenient).

Unfortunately, this is not the place to wait for help. It's already the third week since I can't just get a specialist schedule. There is no way to sign up online. There is also no information about the professional skills of specialists, education and career are briefly given. They promise to call back or send information on the phone, but they disappear. And lately it has become impossible to get through. They give vague information on the phone, then they promise to call back, then they say they sent the schedule, you specify where - they do not answer. Very inattentive attitude and disinterest.
