- the clinic does not have a clear appointment schedule. we agreed by 14:00, the girl from the reception asked to wait, as a result, I sat waiting for more than half an hour, as a result, some plans had to be canceled after the clinic.
- there is a shortage of staff in the branch. the girl from the reception came in 4 times and interrupted us during the session in order for the therapist to talk on the phone with clients, talk about services and explain the address. and at the end, she came back with a hint that the session was over, which is surprising, considering that I waited half an hour for my turn. I felt as uncomfortable as possible for such a disrespectful attitude. the therapist is good, but tired, probably because she is not allowed to work properly.
- there are flies everywhere, the bathroom smells.
as a result, it would be worth coming here for the sake of a specialist, but considering that we will be interrupted again, destroying the intimate atmosphere between the therapist and the patient, the desire completely disappears. flies also fly everywhere, creating an atmosphere of uncleanness.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this requires the attention of the clinic's management to improve the quality of customer service.

Zero empathy, they just suck up the money. We went to this clinic for three months, but there is no progress and they are not interested in recovery.
We applied to the state, where we are more involved in recovery than here. I don't recommend it if you don't want to waste time like us and take care of your loved ones.
