Best Hotel Ever

A very cozy hotel with a very convenient location (near the indoor market with incredibly delicious local delicacies, and you can also quickly get to the large shopping center Rossia Mall). Cleanliness is 5 plus, which is very important to me and what immediately catches my eye. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. There is a wonderful view of Ararat from the fifth floor. In the morning, you can just perfectly see him from the windows of the room until he hid in the daytime haze (which often happens, as it turned out). The staff also liked it very much and left the most positive impressions. If you need something in your room, they will always bring it to you and do it with a smile. All the guys were positive and smiling.

The hotel is super! It is also complemented by attentive staff! Cozy, clean, in the bathroom there are additionally brushes and cotton pads, and cotton buds and a small toothpaste! Everything is great! The air conditioners are clean, modern, 10 minutes - and the room is fresh! Edgar is a very cool specialist and a good, kind person! We hope to visit Yerevan again, then we will definitely come back to the Menua Hotel!

Excellent hotel , came to Yerevan for a week , stayed for 20 days , extended the same hotel , did not even think about changing to another one 🔥 the staff is very polite , caring , always wondering if everything is okay 👍🏻 the rooms are good , despite the proximity of the roads -you can sleep well , the noise does not interfere (with the door closed ),there is air conditioning ,kettle and refrigerator ,everything is working 👌🏻👍🏻 I will come to Yerevan in autumn , I will definitely book this hotel !near the market,supermarket , 2 minutes by taxi to the center of Yerevan

We went to the room on the 4th floor, liked it, immediately extended the reservation, spacious, warm, clean, Underfloor heating in the bathroom, hygienic.kits (brush, paste, cotton pads, sticks, file, gel, shampoo), TV complete package, not cut into 10 channels. On the floor below there is a washing machine with powder (free of charge), the curtains are thick, the windows are noise-free, and there is a tire downstairs, so the noise starts at 9 in the morning, the road is busy until 9 pm. There are places for 4 cars in front of the hotel. Everything was perfect, but we decided to stay another day, and our room was already booked, we moved to a suite on the 2nd floor with a balcony, the neighbors were constantly smoking, smoke was pulling from the balcony, ventilation, from the corridor, in addition, the toilet was broken, water flowed constantly, the floor was not heated in the bathroom, there were no blankets, and the reception said they were over, there are 3 windows in the room, which means that the noise is coming from all 3. The guys at the reception will help with any question (except the blanket))

The hotel is located in a noisy place. The window cannot be opened at night because of the constant noise from cars. There was a leak in the toilet in the room, there was a puddle. The staff is friendly.

Были в данной гостинице с мужем! Уютная атмосфера, чистота и комфорт! По утрам ждёт завтрак из свежих наивкуснейших продуктов! Гостиница расположена недалеко от центра Еревана! Если исключить пробки полностью , то в 10-15 минутах! Отличная, бюджетная гостиница, обладающая всем необходимым для комфортного проживания! Рекомендую!

Заехали ночью (в 3 часа), что бы отдохнуть перед дневным перелётом. За 4х местный номер отдали 30.000 драмм. В итоге получили маленький номер в котором одна кровать и диван, только два комплекта подушек, полотенец и постельного белья. Все перечисленное не самое свежее, со следами катышков и чьих то волос. Так же через два использования сломался туалет. Еще нам отказали в завтраке, сославшись на то, что поздно заехали. В общем - хорошо что пустили переночевать в такое позднее время, но уровень за эти деньги совершенно не соответсвует, ближе даже к 1 заезде.

Нормальный отель, чисто, тихо. До центра в пешей доступности. Администраторы нормально говорят на русском. Если оплачиваете при заселении(не бронируя на разных сайтах) получается дешевле. Нормальный wi-fi. В номере есть холодильник, чайник.

Прекрасный отель, несколько раз останавливались в нем, чистые комфортные номера, балкончик - моя любовь.❤ очень удобно и уютно, каждая поездка в Ереван - это этот отель однозначно🥰❤

Небольшой отель недалеко от центра города.Приветливый персонал,просторные номера,отличный wi-fi. Из некоторых номеров видна гора Арарат.
