After 5 minutes, I was invited to the window, I issued an application. After another 5 minutes, they were invited to take pictures (the door opposite the ticket office): They call your last name on the speakerphone. In addition to the photo, you leave an electronic signature sample there. If you don't like the signature, there is a "erase" button at the bottom of the screen, click on it with a stylus. Pick up according to the schedule (see photo).
There is an information kiosk of Belagroprombank inside, and an ATM on the street next to the entrance.

Then, within five minutes, they invited me to take a picture, took a picture and told me to get a driver's license within four hours (16:30 and later). From the experience of replacing the VU 12.11.2021. Yes, the queue is huge and it's unclear who's where (about 2 windows out of 4 - true), but I liked the procedure itself when I went to the window, I just need to prepare my passport, medical certificate and old rights in advance, pay and make no mistake:
ERIP - MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS - TRAFFIC POLICE - MINSK REGION. To replace it, you need to pay for Computer services, Paperwork (so that the girl gives an application just for signature) and for the very issuance of a VU (at the time of writing the review, about 60 rubles). Payment via ERIP is made using a personal number in the passport, no receipts are required (I only gave the documents and said that I paid everything). Then they gave me to sign a printed statement, called me to a photo (yes, they call me by my last name) and told me the time (the next day) to come for ready-made rights. Total time - 30 minutes in the queue, 5 minutes registration, 10 minutes waiting for a photo, 5 minutes of the photographing process itself = 50 minutes. Good luck to all and short queues
