We would like to thank the staff of the Merapi travel agency for the well-organized reception in Grodno. We traveled from April 10 to April 12, 2025 along the Grodno - Lida route with a visit to the museum of the Brewery and the Castle - Belovezhskaya Pushcha - Brest with our company of 18 people. It was an individual tour with visits to our chosen locations. I really liked the work of Anna's manager, who was always in touch, was ready to answer any question and adjust the program based on our wishes! Anna is a very polite, tactful and professional employee of Merapi! Upon arrival, we met her personally - a very nice girl! She gave all the members of our group very nice souvenirs to remember their visit to Belarus. It was unexpected and extremely pleasant! Igor and Roman, wonderful guides who were really passionate about their work, worked with us. We were very pleased with their work and attentive attitude towards us. The driver Gennady is an excellent professional! Cool safe driving! The whole program turned out perfectly and we took away only positive emotions! Thanks again for organizing our tour! 10 stars! They were treated twice, both times flawlessly and reliably. Amazing ability to make the most interesting tours . Special thanks to the driver Gennady, and, of course, to the guide Igor Lapekh, this amazing man is just a storehouse of knowledge, diverse, unexpected and amazing!
