The coffee shop is cozy, very convenient location and schedule from 8 a.m., because you can only have a snack nearby in the Buffet, which always has no place even at the beginning of the 9th. Thank you for opening up)) the coffee is delicious, the desserts are at a normal adequate price, and there are NOT sweet things on the menu, which is very pleasing to have a normal snack without sugar)))

Today, lemonade was waited for about 15 minutes, when coffee was brought to people in about 5 minutes. And then they took it from the counter themselves. Previously, the service was excellent.

The roll was brought quickly, but the coffee was carried for a long time, then we decided to come over to clarify, in the end, they brought us two whole coffees, although we ordered one. They brought it to us in an edible glass, although we did not order it, but since this was our first time in this place, we did not know that cappuccino was served without this glass. We asked for the bill, and there was coffee along with an edible glass of 6.50.
The food is normal, but due to inaccuracies in the service, we had to overpay, so only two stars. The glass itself is for an amateur

I don't know whether to consider this a deception or an inattention. I took mulled wine for the first time , the price is 5 rubles . Very tasty, in a large cup, added a slice of orange and a stick of cinnamon - everything is on top! I bought mulled wine today too. There was no orange and cinnamon, the drink itself was in a 300 ml cup. I figured it out later, when I moved away from the cafe by a decent meter. The price of 5 rubles is indicated for 350 ml, but there are only 300 in the cup, and there are no additives. It's sad that I didn't overpay for anything.

After 20.00 I went to the coffee shop to order cocoa to take away! There were a couple of people in the coffee shop. As a result, I waited for cocoa for 20 minutes, but it was still not ready!!! The barista guy talked more than he cooked! I had to leave with nothing, 3.50rubles for cocoa "gift" to the coffee shop. There is no organization: the barista, there are a lot of waiters at the bar, there is no sense. The cashier was more worried, pulled the barista down, but he kept talking!!!I won't come again! I also do not advise others.
P.s the air conditioner does not work in the coffee shop, it is very stuffy.

Therefore, the process of getting coffee is delayed. And the music is very amateur, something neutral would probably be more appropriate.

Intrusive communication, the order was made and paid immediately at the checkout.After ordering two identical coffees, two different ones were brought to us. The latte tastes like milk. After leaving the establishment, they ran out into the street after us, shouting whether we had paid for the order, although the payment was made immediately at the same waiter.

The croissants were delicious when opened, now they are 2 thin slices of cheese, a cherished salad, thinly sliced ham and a drop of sauce, my friend actually came across an insect wing…
