Nice, clean hotel in a convenient location. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
There are excellent restaurants within walking distance.
There are 2 tram stops to the center.

Convenient location, a fairly quiet street, the hotel is small and cozy due to this. Not a bad breakfast. Good sound insulation - there was a room right next to the elevator, you can't hear anything at all. But the rooms are too old, there is nothing but soap in the bathroom. In a particular room, there was also a blockage in the sink and the air conditioner was not working. In general, it makes sense to look at the room more closely before sorting things out!
