The hotel is good, but it doesn't pull 5 stars, the service is inexpensive, there are only 2 towels in the rooms, no bathrobes, pillows like a stone, breakfasts of the same type, coffee from a thermopot (it is not possible to drink).

Everything is great, but you need to go to the room to look for water, they give very little and the windows are terrible, it blows from them, we were not in a very warm time and the room was damp. The heating didn't even help.

Super hotel and staff! The room is spacious, the breakfast is delicious, the spa is gorgeous💪🏻 We checked in with a voucher when stopping in Istanbul, from Turkish Airlines.
