I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience 🌟. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, and much of that was thanks to the exceptional service from Albert and Gulya and the top-notch facilities available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and enjoyable experience 😊.

It's a great hotel, I'm staying there for the second time for work. Very nice, large, comfortable rooms. Dressing room, tea set. They put water in the rooms. They clean well. The reception and the restaurant have the most customer-oriented staff. The only drawback is that now the hotel is very busy with European tourists, we had a huge group of Italians with us. Therefore, there is a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast, but the staff quickly sort it out. There are two restaurants at the restaurant. One Turkish cuisine, Winx same breakfasts. The second Lumiere, used to have breakfast in it, and it was a separate delight. It's a pity that they rescheduled it. But you can still eat in this wound. Everything is delicious, the service is very pleasant. There is no alcohol in both restaurants, as in many restaurants in Tashkent

The service is on the level. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The deluxe rooms are large and great for business trips. Table, dressing room, ironing facilities.. I used it for cleaning, it was very clean upon arrival. For those who like to have a snack at night, there is a shop 10 minutes from the hotel.

Немного далековато от центра, но сам отель, спа комплекс, персонал, все на высшем уровне, очень приятный, комфортный. Впервые вижу нормальную сауну и хамам, которые с нормальной температурой, а не кое-как разогрета. Но если народа много, конечно жар уходит, уже менее комфортно.

Hello, today I will stay at your hotel. I really liked the hotel. The rooms were very wide and everything was clean and tidy, but the TV and air conditioning did not work in the room at night it was very hot, stuffy, dry in the room. I could not open the air conditioner to ventilate. I had to call the reception and ask for help. The night duty officer Bobur helped me a lot. He immediately turned off the air conditioner and brought me water, but said he would not be able to turn on the ventilation. The room temperature should not exceed 24-25 degrees, but it was 28-30, this affects human health and I have pressure problems. I want to ask the hotel management to solve these problems so that in the future there will be more guests in your hotel …

Хороший отель, свежей постройки. Весьма просторный номер с хорошей кроватью и большим санузлом, все что необходимо в номере в наличии . Уборка отлично , в номере чисто. (останавливался на 2 ночи в секции В) локация отеля для меня была удобная, но это не центр и выглядит, как не центр. Достаточно близко от аэропорта 10-15 мин, что очень удобно для ночного рейса. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал- Гуля и Сарвар, оч доброжелательные и профессиональные. И главное в отеле нормальный кофе из нормальной кофемашины, что в Ташкенте редкость.

The hotel is not bad. Spacious. A huge swimming pool of 25 meters. A good sauna and hammam. The breakfasts are decent. I didn't like it- the location is very far from everything. It is impossible to take a walk in the evening. Construction, some kind of bases and the private sector. Yandex taxi saves you - for 100-200 rubles at least to the other end of Tashkent (January 2024). They don't clean very well. The room is clean, but the dishes from the restaurant stood at the door for 3 days. Whatever. There were some pieces lying around in the hamam in the evening, as well as in the morning. 17 Turkish TV channels. And 4 indistinct Russians. There's nothing to see in the room. The Internet is great. 3 stars compared to Merkur Bukhara. Heaven and earth.

I spent a week in the hotel, comfortably. Daily cleaning, friendly and tidy staff, good breakfast cuisine, affordable logistics. On the ground floor there is a decent swimming pool and baths, a bar counter. I will definitely come back again.

Отличная гостиница, вежливый персонал, как на ресепшен, так и в ресторане, замечательные завтраки с разнообразным меню. Номер в гостинице был большой с гардеробной комнатой. В гостинице имеется СПА салон, где можно расслабиться и получить массаж, посидеть в джакузи, поплавать в бассейне, имеются сауна, хаммам.
Минусы: 1) расположение вдалеке от центра, но при относительной дешевизне такси, это не стало проблемой. 2) темный переулок с запахами от мусорных баков и соседство с какими-то складами 3) наличие ванны в номерах, вместо душевых ( пару-тройку раз, вылезая из ванны, чуть не упала и потянула ногу). Считаю, что ванны в гостиницах незачем, вряд ли кто-то будет нежиться в ванной.

Great hotel. Everything is clean and cozy . Cleaning every day . Insanely delicious, rich in choice , breakfast .
The spa area is beautiful , but the pool was very cold for us , not comfortable .The child got sick. 4 stars for the location . There are no parks or any attractions nearby.

A magnificent hotel! I liked absolutely everything. The receptionist at the Nurbek counter helped me a lot. I checked in early without paying. A very tasty breakfast, I would stay there to live. At the time of arrival, a compliment was brought to the room. There is a spa area, in the evening after work or a walk you can spend time in the hammam and pool. One of the best hotels we've been to. Beautiful interior, chic room, wonderful breakfasts! If you find fault, then there was salmon at breakfast only 1 time a week, the number of towels is not always monitored in the room, they are not cleaned very quickly, roll out the rim of the toilet bowl. But all this pales in the background. Every time you enter the tunnel, you feel cozy. Thanks!

Чистые и ухоженные номера, достаточно свежий отель, по крайней мере корпус Б. Завтраки - супер! И каши, и местная кухня, и фрукты - все было. СПА не удалось протестировать - была насыщенная программа по городу. Единственный минус - расположение. Хотя вроде и тихо, но напротив стройка и склад с ж/д путями ;) хотя тоже свой колорит!

Отель замечательный, соответствует стандартам качества сети. Бассейн и спа комплекс приятны и прохладны . Завтраки обильны и с намеком на health food. Единственный недостаток, при таком размере отеля, отсутствие территории, для прогулок и досуга. Персонал услужлив и сервис неплох, однако попытка достать через них траву, окончилась неудачей. Так как персонал связан политикой отеля и страхом потерять работу.

Прекрасный отель. Современный и уютный, с хорошим обслуживанием и вежливым персоналом. Многие отмечают «неудачную»локацию, но мы не считаем, что это так. Улица Шота Руставели крупная, с магазинами и ресторанами, просторная и безопасная, с общественным транспортом. От поворота к отелю до самого отеля нужно пройти буквально 50 метров. Да, район вокруг отеля благоустраивается, но это никак не отравляет пребывание в нём. При этом нужно понимать, что Ташкент - это не Самарканд и не Бухара, поэтому проживание в центре не делает вас ближе к каким-то важным достопримечательностям. При этом Lumier выгодно отличается близостью вокзала и аэропорта. Номер у нас был очень просторный. Удивило наличие комнаты-гардероба - такого я не встречал в других отелях. В ней легко разместились чемоданы, вся одежда, здесь можно было гладить. В номере есть сейф, чайник, телевизор, письменный стол с настольной лампой. Кровать большая и удобная. Ванная просторная и оборудована всем необходимым. Завтраки нас вполне устраивали. Отель рекомендую.

Отель замечательный, чистый, красивый, огромный. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый! Номера - шикарные: очень просторные номера, есть гардеробная, просторная ванная, есть все необходимое, даже до утюга! Один из фаворитов!

Супер отель, теперь Mercure Tashkent будет всегда моим домом в Узбекистане. Я был удивлён сервисом и высококлассным обслуживанием всего персонала. Хорошие завтраки только не хватало тростникового сахара.Большие,комфортные номера. Ресепшионист Альберт был внимательным и помогал по любым моим запросам быстро и качественно! Обязательно вернусь. Рекомендую!

Очень красивый и уютный отель-новый,стильный,комфортный..все что нужно отдыхающим-есть в номере..плотные шторы,кондиционер и отличная кровать-для лучшего сна..гладильная доска и утюг-погладить одежду..гардеробная комната-отдельное спасибо..много хороших слов можно написать,лучше приехать и отдохнуть в этом отеле..а ресторан-это отдельное спасибо..очень вкусно и красивая подача блюд..
