A great hotel with good service. Convenient location 50 meters from one of the most central avenues (Shota Rustaveli). When choosing a hotel, we were also guided by the territorial proximity to the international airport (5 min. driving). Very high quality breakfasts and Spa. We recommend it to EVERYONE.
Special thanks to the Senior Manager of Furkat Aka, for his care and attentiveness. Next time we will definitely stop here.

An author's restaurant with notes of France, but still France is felt only with musical accompaniment!
Very tasty, my recommendation is juicy steaks, especially Rib Eye is successful every time, and salmon with vegetables, the atmosphere is aesthetic and clean, there is no alcohol, which is a big plus!
The staff is friendly
I recommend that you go to dinner with your family, or just have coffee with dessert (Raffaello cheesecake is a separate love) on the terrace (currently covered)

Excellent hotel near Shota Rustaveli Avenue. Large rooms, 40 sq. m. meters, very clean, there is a SPA and a swimming pool, 2 restaurants. Excellent breakfast.
Of the disadvantages, only the alley where the hotel is located is small and untidy.

Everything is just gorgeous, clean and pompous. I was pleased with the dressing room, while the room is standard. Ironing board and iron in each room. The only thing that didn't go in was the food from the rest, everything was coolly peppered.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The room often smelled of smoking - apparently, one of the guests smokes and pulls into the neighboring rooms. There were no towels at all on the first day - they probably forgot about them when preparing the room. The decor elements are already falling off in the room, although the hotel is new. The feeling that everything was done in a hurry. The location is average, there is an industrial zone and a construction site directly around the hotel. It is better to get there by taxi. One of the advantages is that the Internet is stable, you can work from your room. The rooms are large. The staff is attentive and polite. The breakfast is quite varied. Russian cards are also accepted for payment in PM. The overall impression is that everything would be fine for an unnamed hotel, but you still expect more comfort from an international network in small things, which was not enough.

From the very reception, the hotel made an unpleasant impression. The lobby is small, ugly, the staff can't really answer questions, neither in Russian nor in English, they showed a chlorinated pool that already stung in their eyes, they didn't want to stop there. The hotel itself is not bad, but on the only day of our stay there, the lights turned off and the bath water stopped running. The entire staff could not do anything at all, could not suggest anything about the timing of these problems, they just said "we must wait." I think that everyone who was on the staff that day should think about changing their activities, because you can't give a damn about all the guests.
