A wonderful place! Very good! There are many saunas, a Russian steam room with a broom, a Turkish bath! Buffet for breakfast (included in the room rate) and for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, the menu is varied. Friendly staff, Russian speakers. We come all the time, we are very satisfied.

I really liked it. Nice room. The buffet and the bespoke menu are at the highest level. The spa and medical treatments are of good quality. I advise you to issue a customer card upon arrival (35 euros), the discount will be 10% everywhere.

I really liked it!!!
the children are delighted, the adults are too!

I liked the hotel. New saunas, hammam. I also liked the massage and other treatments. The rooms are clean and warm. The food has become more modest, but the restaurant is clean and tidy. It was earlier in 2016. And, now, for the March holidays.

In the summer, the spa complex is simply crowded, the changing rooms are small, there are puddles and dirt on the floor, because Everyone comes in street shoes. There are small passages between the lockers, queues for the shower and toilet. It's very slippery. And separate locker rooms have certainly been the last century. One plus is a children's slide.

nice spa hotel.convenient location, near Narva.
the spa center is good, there are many different saunas.jacuzzi, swimming pool.the furniture is a little worn out, there was a malfunction with ventilation in the room.sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's warm.
the sink drain is not the best.the breakfasts are good and varied.
Overall, the price-quality ratio is good.

The hotel is for 3! There are only 4 towels in the room for two + one for the legs. The attitude of the staff is terrible. Dinner is very concise, breakfast is more or less. There's hair on the bathroom floor, glasses are stained. The spa complex is excellent, clean!
