The maintenance staff is not working well .Dirty dishes with food were served in the kitchen.There was either a thread or leftover food in the mashed potatoes.
The hotel did not provide bed linen and towels .One bath towel + 1 face towel for 3 adults and one child. 1. The service is very long
2. The waiters do not immediately say what is on the menu. First you order, and then after 5-10 minutes they come and say that there is no menu
3. We wanted to go to the sauna, the administrator said that there was a sauna in the back. But she was busy, even she did not know that she was not free. I had to wait a little while we ate, decided to go. We were upset the water is icy, there is no hot water.
