I ordered a Vortex optical sight to Russia. The defective product was sent from the showcase. The sight was without a piece of paper with the Vortex logo around the pipe. Someone was clearly filming and putting it in the bracket.
I contacted the store on the day of receipt, they told me to wait for the administrator's response. I waited for a response for more than a month!!!
A month later they said that I broke it myself and refused to refund the money.
While I was dealing with the Mergen store, I made an order from another Kz Hunter store in parallel.
Moreover, he told about the story of the Mergen store and asked to check the optics before shipping so that the situation would not repeat itself. Anyway, they sent the same sight with a cracked optics. Then it turned out that this is ONE chain of stores.
Vortex itself said that they are no longer cooperating with them!
I do not advise you to get involved. And in general, it is not worth ordering something from Kazakhstan. This is not the first time such stories with orders from there
