A wonderful hotel! We had a rest in July 2022. Excellent location, 5 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the center on foot, bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The breakfasts look like a good five-star, but there is no fresh). Very green, nice big enough pool. The attitude of the staff is very friendly, any requests were immediately recorded and, if possible, executed. We definitely recommend it.

The overall impression is like a small sanatorium or boarding house. Quiet, peaceful, good atmosphere, convenient location. For those who are going to get to know the country, and not hang out at the hotel. We understood where we were going, so we had a wonderful experience. For 9 nights from October 6, 85 thousand were given from Krasnoyarsk for two. It takes about 2 hours to drive from Antalya airport.
The weather was good. It's about 30 degrees in the afternoon, it's just hot. It's cooler in the morning and evening, locals in jackets in the morning, and tourists in swimsuits. The sea, of course, is not like in the height of summer, not fresh milk. But not to say that it is cold. When you come in, it invigorates, then you get used to it. It rained 1 time at night for a long time and once in the afternoon a fine mushroom rain.

Standard Turkish, every day there were boiled eggs, 2-3 types of cheese, olives, olives, avocado paste, greens, tomatoes and cucumbers, 2-3 types of sausage (I liked only the type of ham) sometimes there were croutons, sometimes local pastries, always a loaf. Sweets include individually packaged jams, honey, and tahini. Fruits of one kind, melon, apples, bananas, watermelon were given all the time. Several types of meze (local cold appetizers by type of sauces).

Tea from a thermopot, coffee from a coffee machine, cream was mixed separately, dry, water in a cooler. There are several types of sodas in the bar, but we did not use the services of the bar, we also did not know about alcohol, we did not drink at all.

Vegetables in various forms, the dream of a vegetarian 😂 meat is only nuggets of questionable taste and strange cutlets, I did not like it. So, lunch was always easy - zucchini, eggplant, pepper, tomatoes in various forms. There are also several types of meze, greens, vegetable salad, carrot, cabbage. Turkish soup according to the type of mashed soup, different types, mostly all delicious. There are no sweets for lunch, only 1 type of fruit.
dinner
The same as at lunch. For meat, the situation is usually better, fried chicken was given 2 times. There was no fish.
All the food is delicious at home, we ate to empty plates (not counting cutlets, sausages and nuggets, they were fed to local cats).
I counted 5-6 people from the staff. 1 guy at the pool bar, he sweeps and washes the sunbeds. 1 man at the reception. There are 2 girls who work in the dining room, one of them is still cleaning the room. One man is some kind of handyman, also walks around the territory, sweeps, etc. The hostess walks right there, as other guests explained to us - an elderly woman. Everyone is friendly, smiling, friendly, knows a little Russian and English, you can communicate without any problems.

The hotel has 3 buildings, 2 near the pool and 1 in the depths. We lived on the 4th floor in a building near the pool, the Windows overlooked the pool and a piece of the sea. The building, which seemed to me to be newer in depth (judging by the railings, tiles), but it was not inhabited, there was a zone for covid (if someone gets sick, judging by the information leaflets).
The furniture in the room is old, it looks cozy in its own way. Large mirror, large panoramic window, lots of light. The mattress is quite hard, the pillows are tired, my neck ached to sleep, but I have a problem with it. My husband was fine. To hide is a thin blanket. Towels are 2 large, 2 for the face, 1 for the legs. They even turned all the beauty out of them, I left chocolates and cute notes ☺️ There is also a TV, hairdryer, air conditioning in the room (it worked properly).
Of the cons - the refrigerator gurgled, prevented a good night's sleep. There are no accessories in the bathtub, only a dispenser with liquid soap and a tual.paper. Bottled drinking water is not left in the room. An uncomfortable watering can in the shower, you should always hold it in your hand when you wash. The water flows cool at first, you need to wait until it gets hot (the husband washed first, therefore). And there is no shelf in the shower for shampoo, I put it on the floor. In the evening, it began to smell like sewage.
We took towels for the pool with us, they are not here.
THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL
The pool is medium-sized, the depth is from 130 to 175 cm, the water is clean, it is comfortable to swim.
The large pool bar did not work, only a small nook near the children's pool. They played music in a quiet background.
The territory is small, but very green. It's just great for a city hotel! There are many fruit-bearing trees and flowers. It's interesting to walk around and look at everything! From what I found - banana, avocado of 2 types, lime, oranges, grapefruit, guava, figs, persimmons, grapes, dates. Walking, picking, eating from a bush, for a resident of Siberia it's just a fairy tale in reality! There is a lot of greenery, a lot of foliage falls, but it is swept and cared for as much as possible. There is no special gardener here, it does not look polished, as in expensive hotels, but like a slightly abandoned garden.
There is a table for tennis, table football, but we did not play. There is no animation, of course, WiFi in the lobby is free, you can buy it all over the territory - $ 2 a day. We took a SIM card of 20 GB of Internet for 170 liras in a mobile phone store and a supermarket. A family of cats lives on the territory, 6 pieces, funny. The staff is chasing them, and I was feeding them. There was also a bar near the dining room, but it is closed.

Very convenient. There is a bus stop next to the hotel, there is a bus 1 and 101, both to the center. The route can be viewed on the Internet. In general, it is better to download the map in the navigator and navigate by it. There are many shops, cafes, travel agencies, everything you need nearby.
sea
A public beach across the street, small pebbles and slabs of natural origin. We swam barefoot, without corals, it was quite comfortable, but we walked carefully on the stove, it was slippery. We swam with a mask and fed fish there, I counted 4-5 species, there are beautiful colored ones.
The promenade by the sea is landscaped, a long embankment, benches, fountains, exercise equipment.
leisure
We went to the port, walked to the lighthouse, went to the red tower, the shipyard, the cave, Cleopatra beach, went to the local grocery market, from shops to Migros and Alanium, took excursions from local agencies Side and Managvat, Cappadocia, I advise everyone. In general, the city is full of entertainment. I advise you to download the navigator map and use it. We have been to Turkey 4 times, and each time we discover something new.

Good afternoon. I was at the hotel in September 2021.
The hotel is super. Not counting the food. But there were very few people in the hotel, because of covid. But these are small things.
1. The hotel is well located, 40 minutes walk to the center
2. The beach across the street
3. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean rooms.it was cleaned every other day
4. Food 3 + well, I flew to rest, not for the sake of grub, bar 3 + beer was not enough. I took mostly gin and tonic
5. The hotel has a lot of greenery, which is definitely a huge plus.
This is not a hotel , but it seemed to me more like a hostel .

I stayed at this hotel in July 2021 with a child, this is the third time I have been at this hotel.There used to be another owner, everything was clean and the food was good.And in 2021, everything went bad, there is no refrigerator in the rooms, the furniture is old, it smells like sewage.The food is poor, only nuggets or soy cutlets are made from meat.The sound insulation is bad, everyone can hear who is sitting by the pool.This year I saw that the food was completely removed, only breakfast remained.There was no cleaning either, I cleaned only 2 times in 2 weeks.The location is very good, the beach is across the street, sun beds are paid

The worst hotel in my experience.
- be ready at around 3:50 you will be woken up by the roosters
- Internet only at the reception is about 300kb/sec
- the staff does not speak any language other than Turkish
- retro style room, to put it mildly, wooden windows and doors
- stains everywhere, on chairs, bed linen, etc.
- there is a distinct smell of sewage in the bathroom, close the door
- there will be hot water if there is sun outside, otherwise you will have to harden
- there is a refrigerator, but it does not work, maybe you need to insert a key, but they did not give it out
- if you see a homeless person, don't be scared, it's the maintenance staff

Hello everyone We rested at the Merhab hotel in early September 2019, we are very satisfied with the hotel, the staff, the room, the food, and of course the sea. Special thanks to Gula at the reception, she is always friendly, ready to help in everything with advice and business. The excellent location of the hotel is directly by the sea (just cross the road), the hotel itself is surrounded by greenery, everything is clean, thoughtful, cozy, quiet. It pulls on its three stars with a vengeance. If we have to come to Turkey again, we only want to come here, to our favorite Merhab hotel. Thanks to everyone who took care of our wonderful vacation!

We stayed in this hotel in July for 10 days this year. The hotel is very good for its 3 stars. The whole hotel is surrounded by greenery and this is a big plus. There is no animation in the hotels, but to be honest, it is not really needed, since the hotel is located in the center of Alanya, then all the guests went for a walk around the city after dinner, there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The rooms are so-so, the TV is old, the curtains are also old, the shower was leaking, but the view from the window is excellent. The room was cleaned every day, the bed linen was changed almost every other day, but the towels were never changed during the entire stay. The Internet is terrible, you need to wait almost 3 hours to connect it. The cuisine is good and varied. The staff is kind and cheerful. The pool is large and clean, the children's pool is also good. The sea is across the street, sun beds are paid, pay 10 lira and your sunbed is for the whole day plus the Internet is a gift😀 The beach is small pebbles with sand, the sea is clean.

Good afternoon, I visited this hotel. In general, everything is fine, but the receptionist is not friendly, the waiters are just as friendly. We didn't take anything from the guide, and she didn't even call us. I want to recommend the Fairway tour, they are the friendliest, kindest people, all taken together from the hotel and at the same time you can safely sit on their Internet and they will not ask for anything in return. They also have cheap tours compared to other tours and they will never deceive you, compared to others. I strongly advise you to choose only them, if we come here again, we will choose only them.

A great quiet hotel, definitely worth the money.
We had a rest with a young man, 8-19.09.2019, I liked literally everything!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautiful Gulya, who explained everything that needed to be explained. She immediately warned that Wi-Fi was bad, and that it was better to be content with it in a cafe nearby, so we did.
And there are two more men at the reception (other shifts) they also speak broken Russian. Everyone is always happy to help and prompt.
Our room had a view of the road, the sea on the right, it was a bit noisy, but I took earplugs for this case and everything was perfect.
We took the tour only with breakfast, yes, as many wrote, they are not very diverse, but the pancakes and omelets from the cook are fresh and delicious! And there was always enough of everything else. Rotten has never been seen.
The territory of the hotel was very pleased with the amount of greenery and seals)
The room was cleaned every day!Towels were changed three times, bed linen - twice. And it's not about the tip.
Separately, I would like to write about a magical unnamed cafe (turn left from the hotel, turn left again, then cross the road and turn right before reaching the blue gas station and this place will be), which is more for locals than for tourists, but we were greeted very warmly there. However, it looks more like a mini canteen, there is a family working there who speaks only Turkish, there is no Wi-Fi there either. But what kind of food is there!! And the portions are large, and they will bring you some water, and after lunch they will pour delicious butter on your hands. And the prices are two times lower than in other cafes where we visited, but we decided not to skimp on tips on this occasion)) I really miss these lovely people and their delicious food.
The beach is not the cleanest, there are a lot of cigarette butts, people do not have hands, apparently, to bring their garbage to the trash can. All that remains is to sympathize with the disabled.
But the sea was just great at that time, warm and clean)
In general, we were completely satisfied with the hotel, as well as the rest in general. I don't find anything to complain about. Thanks to the hotel and the staff for everything!

We stayed at this hotel from 5.09 to 11.09.2019. This is a great two, but not a three. Among the advantages, excellent green area, clean swimming pool, clean sea across the street, friendly staff. The rooms are average, the cleaning is not very good, the bed and towels were not changed. Food for three, a lot of soy, no fish at all. There is beer and wine on the bar. Vodka, raki and gin are not always available. The Internet is paid, two dollars per person, it works disgusting. Umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach are free, two dollars. The location of the hotel and the staff are 5*. Great pool. The view from the room is gorgeous. As for the cleanliness in the room, for 3-. In 16 days, towels have never been changed. They cleaned up on the "fuck off". The food, as in many hotels in Turkey, is not usual for Russians. Lots of spicy dishes and endless soy. Powdered coffee and juices from vending machines. But these are small things. The main thing is a gorgeous promenade, a gentle, clean sea, awesome beaches and just a very cool Alanya. I definitely recommend it!

We were on a burning ticket. In the center of Alanya, a large area is covered with greenery! The sea is across the street, the food is normal. The staff is friendly and always smiling. It's great for THREE STARS! There are no animations and discos, if necessary, in a nearby hotel. We were from 6.09.18-13.09.18. For the second time, if there is a burning ticket, we would eat without a doubt!
