This is the best hotel in my life! delicious food at all meals, excellent rooms, good cleaning, the rooms are always very cozy and comfortable, cool pools with slides for young and older children, playgrounds, stage, everything is super! in the evenings there is a fun disco for children. very cozy lobby, (I'm ready to spend time there 24/7). I am glad that I went to this place to relax, I recommend it to everyone!it will be more fun to visit this place with relatives and friends!! :))

We rested with pleasure! The food is delicious and varied, we had a rest in the middle of August, a lot of people, in the evening there was nowhere to sit for dinner, but it's okay, everyone was fed! The sea is warm, the beach is sand and pebbles, there are no empty sunbeds at lunch! The pool is huge, the slides are not dangerous, the children rolled for fun!
Alcohol is diluted, cocktails are not particularly tasty, because they are made with syrups. They drank beer mostly and crayfish! But the cola is real, and bottled water is always available. All the staff are smiling and always tried to understand and help. The room was clean, like the linen, the air conditioner worked even with the door closed, we returned to the cool after the heat, in general, this hotel attracts all 5 stars. The territory is large, there is a place to walk! It is very beautiful and well-groomed, they keep it clean, even with a large number of vacationers! Thank you very much, we will come again! 😉

We had a vacation with our family in June 2024. The hotel is very cozy, the staff is polite. The sea is clean, the beach is sand with pebbles.There are enough sun beds. The food is very tasty and varied: turkey meat, chicken, lamb, fish of different types, kebabs, mussels, squid, shrimp, even rolls were given several times, pizza is different. Fruits : watermelons, oranges, bananas, apples, pears, grapefruit, apricots, peaches, plums. Lots of pastries and sweets. You will definitely not stay hungry! Animation is at the highest level, both in the afternoon and in the evening. Various shows, live music, disco, in short it was very interesting. Many thanks to the animators!!!! We participated wherever possible. The children's mini club is open, in the evening the kids have a mini disco. We were very satisfied with our stay!

We stayed at the hotel from 08/28/24 to 09/06/24.
2 adults and three children aged 6,8.9 years rested.
Initially, the check-in was in the very last room, going far uphill.How much money should have been offered at the reception, I don't know.But since it was late in the evening, we were exhausted, we didn't care.The next day we realized that the air conditioners were not working in our large room, there were 2 of them.No, of course they blew, but so badly and weakly and quietly that there was absolutely no blowing.The second night we hardly slept from the stuffiness.It was difficult, but the next day we still had our room changed, which we were very happy about.
In our opinion, the only advantage of the hotel is, of course, the close location of the sea, very close by.

There are so many mosquitoes in the room and on the street that they are simply eaten alive, but they must be processed on the territory of the hotel.I saw mosquitoes for the first time in Turkey.The children had everything bitten, both body and face.
The pools and slides are good, the children are happy.
Has this hotel brought a thrill of relaxation???No!!!!!!!!

Bed linen and towels are always stained, they do not wash well! The electricity is also regularly turned off and the air conditioner must be turned on again, as well as if you leave the room, the air conditioner also turns off. The rooms are very poorly cleaned.
Now it is difficult to compare with what used to be, but at a price 3 times more expensive, we are staying in a hotel 2 times worse than 2 years ago.

The hotel was full of people, a lot of foreigners, the weather was +30, but they found places on the beach in the morning calmly. The deposit for beach towels is $ 10/piece, will be refunded at check-out when you return the towels definitively.
The pool is cold, there are a lot of people, early in the morning you can have time to take places, slides on time
There are always full seats in the dining room for lunch and dinner, but after opening 40 minutes we quietly found places for the whole family. There are no questions about nutrition, of course, without frills, but fish, meat, chicken every day, vegetables, fruits are always available, even for dietary nutrition there are steamed foods, etc. Bottled water in the dining room in the refrigerator is freely available. We rested from 06/20.24 to 06/27.24. The hotel is 4 stars, and not as stated 5 stars ultra all inclusive, for the following reasons:
1) paid Wi-Fi (see the prices in the photo), and you need to pay for each connected device / phone;
2) the mini-bar includes 3 cans of Coca-Cola, 3 bottles. mineral water and 3 small bags of cherry juice and this is for the entire rest period, since the mini-bar is not refillable;
3) the green vegetation of the hotel requires more care, as it is clear that some shrubs have not been cut for several weeks, and the playground is overgrown with weeds (see photo)
4) during all 7 days on the beach of the hotel, I have never seen the sand and the coastal area cleaned of garbage - cigarette butts, plastic cups and tubes and other debris that appears in the sea after lunch.
5) the location of the issue / replacement of beach towels - no one finds it the first time, since it is located in the basement where the hammam and massage are located.
What did you like:
1) fairly recent renovation in the rooms (we lived on the 5th floor, there are 6 floors in the building);
2) Good daily room cleaning;
3) swimming pool with 6 water slides for children and adults, opens at 10.00 and closes at 16.00, there is also a lunch break.
4) a good evening program for adults (usually starts closer to 22.00, and before that there is a mini disco for children) - acrobats, fire shows, jugglers
5) closer to 11.00-12.00 and after lunch, animators hold various activities / sports classes for adults - aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, dart, etc.

What didn't you like:

2) a rather sharp depression in the sea - literally 7-10 meters away from the shore and immediately becomes deep;
3) after lunch, there is a lot of different garbage in the sea - crushed plastic, bags, paper and plastic cups, etc. We thought that this garbage was a one-time thing, but in fact it was like this every day for all 7 days of rest, so you need to swim at sea until 12.00-13.00, since then a lot of the above garbage appears.
4) the beach is poorly cleaned
5) there is little meat (beef, lamb), it was present only in stewed form, and fried mainly chicken and turkey, as well as fried fish of the same type (either trout, or small dorados and some other fish).
6) fruit drinks are some kind of chemical - either from powder or concentrate.

I put five stars for the budget five, but not ultra. We had a rest in October, we were satisfied with the rest. We are not spoiled, and we chose according to our budget and were satisfied, special thanks to the chefs, everything is delicious and beautiful!!! The animators are well done, girls, boys and the host is fire!!🔥The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, bed linen and towels are boiling white. The territory is beautiful, and you can walk in silence among the southern citrus trees and attend mass evening and daytime entertainment. The beach and the sea are a separate story, this is the divine blue purest sea, this is a quiet backwater, just bliss, this is the best place of the mediterranean sea where I have been.

We rested from 8.09 to 09/19/2023. I liked everything. We lived in a bungalow on the 2nd floor, spacious, cosmetic repairs, all plumbing in working condition. Three, no more. We were here from 5.08 to 08/19.23. Of the advantages: the location of the hotel is 1 line; the sea is gorgeous and the wave does not happen often and it is not big; good beer and wine; the staff almost all speaks Russian well.
Cons: Paid, expensive and very weak Wi-Fi; huge queues for lunch and dinner, just some kind of madness for food; they already wrote about audibility in the rooms, you can hear everything!; stinks of sewage; they also wrote about constant power outages; they also wrote about poor cleaning; take sun beds at 6 a.m.; the food is monotonous - long live chicken and turkey.
I won't come here anymore, that's for sure.

We rested here from 05/24/2023 to 05/31/2023.
Positive:
1) A fairly large selection of food;
2) The first line;
3) Water park, swimming pool;
4) The rooms are in good condition and well renovated;
5) There are, old, slot machines for children;
6) Entertainment programs are held in the evenings, including for children;
7) One court where, if desired, you can play lawn tennis or football. There is also a ping pong table and a beach volleyball net;
8) There is also a sauna and a hammam.
Minuses:
1) The entire vacation has never been replenished with a mini bar with ordinary water. We brought all the water ourselves;
2) Constant, huge queues in the restaurant for the main dishes. For some reason, it did not occur to the hotel management that in the first 25 minutes of a meal, it was necessary to put 2 grills on the main course so that there would be no queues;
3) The very small territory of the hotel;
4) If you do not drink alcohol, you have nothing to do in this hotel. In total, there are 3 non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar menu. Requests and pleas to make a non-alcoholic mojito (it would seem that there is something to do) were refused.
5) There are no warm blankets. People who are used to sleeping under warm blankets in summer, the hotel is not for you. The hotel uses ordinary thin bedspreads as blankets. When asked to bring warm blankets, they bring the same bedspreads.
6) Despite the fact that everywhere they write about the availability of free Internet, this is far from the case. Wi-Fi in the hotel is fully chargeable.
7) The water park indicated in the advantages, for some reason, out of 7 days on vacation, worked for only 3 days. On other days, the water in the slides was not turned on. The maximum depth of the pool is 1.25 m., even when exiting the slides, which allows older children and adults to successfully kick their heels.
In general, in order to spend the night, eat and go to Alanya, the hotel is quite suitable. However, if you plan to spend your entire vacation at the hotel, then you and Meridia are not on the way.

I don't understand who puts the fives? Are you being paid extra? This hotel is not 5 stars in any way. There is something to compare it with. The cleaning is bad. The husband stepped on the glass in the room, injured himself, so after two typical daily cleaning, the blood from the floor was not washed properly! There are ants in the room. It's not okay to sit on the balcony, a swarm of all kinds of animals flies (apparently they don't spray reagents at all, they save money!)They do not change the bed linen, but only beautifully cover the old one (I noticed a spot on the sheets. Dinners are a separate conversation. Dinner starts at 19.00 and it's just terrible! A hungry crowd sweeps away everyone and everything in its path! I don't know where the queues go. If you come later, then everything is already swept away. The playground is in a poor state, everything is falling apart and everything is peeling! At the children's pool with slides, the water is pounding from the roof so that it will punch an adult's head, not to mention the children! The beach is terrible, the area is not beautiful. If someone dreams of taking beautiful photos, I will upset you, there are almost no flowers, the beach area is scary! It feels like I got into the USSR. The Internet is paid and terrible! 15 euros per week is certainly not much, but it flies out endlessly!
Of the advantages, only the kind and helpful staff, and delicious food (thanks to the chefs). That's it!
In short, I do not recommend this hotel!

The hotel is not bad. One part has been redecorated, while the other has not. But the rooms are in good condition. Minus one star for the poor organization of the dining area.
