Advice for everyone:if you take a cheap ticket to this hotel, go to Meridia, because 5 stars is just the name, but if they sell you an expensive ticket to a good hotel, where the ultra all-inclusive system is supposedly, consider another hotel option!We arrived with our family on 21.10.22 at this hotel.The ticket was bought in early September, expensive 202000 with a discount for three for 9 days.In 2021, we also went to the Family Club on 21.10 for 11 days for 80,000 for two, given that the second hotel was fed fish much more often, gave ice cream and was generally cleaner!Meridia is an ultra all-inclusive system (don't believe it!)The food is the simplest, there are a lot of dishes, but they are monotonous, fish were given very little, and in the end they stopped giving at all!They wrote that they were giving out ice cream-there was never a time, when asked why not-the end of the season, supposedly, the finish (as they like to say), although other hotels nearby had ice cream, watermelons, and even decent discos with DJs.We saved on everything!!!After the presentation, upon arrival, they settled in a bungalow, in Meridia it is considered a better accommodation than in the main large building.There was a lot of space there, yes, terraces, 3 floors, but...Everything is so much dead, shabby, dirty, beaten up-it's just terrible, like in a Soviet pioneer camp!Of course, it's good that it's spacious, but you could at least change the furniture, and there were 2 shislongs on the terrace, you can't imagine that-all rotten, as from the time of V.I. Lenin.We asked to replace one shizlong-they took it safely and that's it.The staff there is generally unfriendly, indifferent.But our vacation did not spoil the impression of the inferior Meridia hotel, we were lucky with the weather, it even got better with the approach of November.We spent whole days on the beach, it's nice, the water in the sea is warm, transparent and there were no waves!There are soft mattresses on the sun beds.There are good slides in the pool, only the water supply is weak, sometimes it got stuck when driving from them)The water in the pool is cold, but this is normal for October-in the sea, the water manages to warm up and does not cool down at night, and in the pool it cools overnight, and the nights are already cold.It's also good that we were lucky with the company, we had fun, after we turned off the music at 23.00, we turned on the speaker at the pool bar and danced until the morning, and the rest joined us and entertained themselves like that!The animators there are also great, there were zaryatki, and Salsa dancing by the pool, and darts, and they do it with children-it was all there, but they didn't make a disco for adults-they took them to the club and brought them for a certain amount.payment)Well, there's alcohol sooo expensive)In general, because of our sociability, we entertained ourselves well, and were generally satisfied.But the hotel is bad!I do not recommend it!Another good thing was that you could go outside and stroll through shopping malls and the market.

A 5-star hotel does not pull.. The room was not cleaned every day.. They didn't even take out the trash.. During the 7 days of our stay there, 3 chocolates were taken from our room from the refrigerator. In a word, they stole it.. They steal a lot.. In general, I do not recommend it. Shampoo and gel are not given even upon arrival.. In general, this is not a top five..

We stayed at the hotel from October 23 to November 4, 2022.The hotel is decent, the rooms are good, the attitude towards us was also pleasant.The room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed every other day, well done.The food is without frills, but you will not be hungry, there will always be something delicious, you are indifferent to drinking.The beach is a little let down by the pebbles, but the sea is clean and warm, there are sun beds in the vicinity, but we always had enough, the only thing is the Internet, it is paid and weak 15 euros for 10 days.Will I go again, no.

Now I am here (from 25.10 to 7.11) the hotel does not pull in 5 stars, 3 well, Maximum 4. The food even pulls for 2, the rooms are good, the cleaning is bad , there are no questions for the staff, everything is fine, do not take the sea view, half the night the music is screaming under the window.The walls are thin , you can hear everything , in the morning the roosters are crowing like in the village in the morning . I 'm not naked here anymore , I was better in Egypt .

The beach is sandy and pebbly, we liked it, there was no dirt, we always tanned by the water, although the sun beds were free, but we came to the sea, and not to drink beer on the sun beds)) the garbage is all from people who think that they should be running around to clean up everything, they are too lazy to bring it to the trash cans that are on every corner... By the way, they settled us quite friendly, according to tradition they offered two rooms with and without an additional fee, they took the 2nd floor with a sea view for $ 20, it is larger. The room is clean, cleaned daily and well, regardless of whether we left them a baksheesh or not. And the pools are clean, they were cleaned constantly in the evening. The animation is decent, water aerobics on weekdays.. in general, we were not bored in all 12 days)) with what attitude you go, that's what you get, I think so))

For the first time in four trips to Turkey, I am writing a negative review.
My husband and I have never been to 5* hotels, the main and main thing for us is the sea and the country itself. And then they decided not to go on excursions and chose a seemingly good hotel according to reviews and photos, on the territory of which they planned to rest all week.
It all started with the arrival. We were brought to the hotel at 20:50, after the flight was delayed, we were very hungry, when asked where to eat, the receptionist at the reception replied that dinner had ended 20 minutes ago and the next one would be at 23:30. By the way, this next dinner is two types of soup (tomato water and green water).
The reception staff is rude, teach them to communicate with guests and not poke. My husband asked for the password from the WiFi, the administrator rudely replied: - I don't have time right now and threw us passports so that we could be escorted to the room.
There are no complaints about the number, they settled on the 6th floor.
Wi-Fi in the room is paid, 13 euros per week. Catches fine, but constantly crashes.
The food in the dining room is monotonous, spiced tomatoes from breakfast mixed with fresh ones are served for lunch and dinner. The meat in the middle is raw. The food is either completely unsalted or too salty, there is no middle ground. Forks, knives and plates are absolutely dirty, as if they were just wiped with a napkin.
The beach is dirty, no one cleans it. Bottles and wrappers are scattered everywhere. Bad entry into the sea. The sun beds are also dirty.
In general, if the meridian was at least 4 stars and would cost twice as much, there would be no complaints. But if the hotel claims to be a tower, it is necessary to comply and first resolve the issue with the rude staff who work there.

We spent a week at this hotel in early September. Check-in is strictly after 14:00, we were lucky, we were checked in on time, some tourists waited much longer for their rooms.
The rooms have different air conditioners: some are new and strong, some are old and weak. There is a mini-bar (without alcohol), which
is free and refilled once before your check-in. We cleaned daily (including wet), changed towels. There are no personal hygiene items (brushes, toothpaste) in the rooms, take your own. Only a universal gel for body and hair is presented. In general, the rooms are good, renovated, with a free safe (the guide recommends using it, as cases of theft of money from the rooms have been recorded). I recommend taking higher rooms and not overlooking the pool / sea, otherwise you will not fall asleep from the discos that take place in the hotel until late at night. And also away from elevators, because the rooms have strong audibility.
The strengths of the hotel: the beach, which is on the first line, with free sun beds (it is better to occupy until 7-8 in the morning, otherwise you will be left without them), towels for a deposit of $ 10, you can change. Unfortunately, there are some fish in the sea that occasionally bite bathers. This is the first time we have encountered such a phenomenon in Turkey.
The strengths also include food - it is delicious, varied, there are always diet dishes, ripe fruits. Fish in various cooking options was available daily, however, as was meat. There were grilled vegetables every day.
The minus is WI-FI, it is paid at the hotel, $ 13 for 7 days. The password is given for 1 device (it is useless to try to connect two or more devices), although they could give it to a number. Despite the high cost of the Internet, it catches consistently everywhere, even on the beach.
There is a variety of alcohol in the lobby bar, free of charge until 23:30. We tried rum and Coke, I liked it. The coffee is terrible, they couldn't drink it, after 11 a.m. they make Turkish coffee in the lobby bar, but it's no better either.
The hotel has a spa complex. They will offer massage; I do not recommend it, they do it badly.
Alarm Bazaar is 7-10 minutes from the hotel (a typical Cherkizovsky market), but there is an excellent outlet (Soho) with branded items nearby, I recommend going. There are also several pharmacies on the base.
We left at 5 a.m. The hotel has prepared breakfast lunch boxes, in which two slices of bread, cheese, butter, one small sausage and a couple of slices of cucumber. At the same time, there were no cutlery.
In general, the hotel is more family-friendly and for adult couples. It will be boring for the young.

A very small room, 17 meters, with shabby furniture, poor lighting (one lamp on the wall), a poor ugly bathroom (there are no shelves above the sink, poor lighting, poor shower enclosure - water spreads all over the bathroom floor, weak water pressure). All the walls in the room are made of drywall (they buzz loudly with a slight impact). In general, this hotel room has no right to be sold as a 5*, it does not pass either the standard of the area or the equipment of the room.
The Internet in the hotel is only paid!
The balcony is small, but normal. Satisfactory nutrition, although it is impossible to drink wine of all colors, it is disgusting.
A volleyball court with a terrible old sagging net that should have been replaced a long time ago. It is impossible to pull it on. Even in the street bar, the hotel's logo is half collapsed, some of the letters and stars are missing, which shows the condition of the hotel well. The location of the hotel is good, but the beach is dirty.
In terms of price and quality ratio, I give the lowest rating.
