I was passing through Yerevan, rented a car for two days to see the sights of Armenia, eventually took a Toyota Prius, a 2008 car: air conditioning, automatic transmission, start /stop button, keyless entry - for my age, the car is generally a fairy tale! There were no problems during the trip.
Separately, I want to mention Hakob - votsapp told me everything, suggested where it was better to go, was always in touch, from the moment of choosing a car to handing it over at their Olive hotel, where we stayed (this is a big plus, there was always a free parking space for us in the city center!).
Hakob and his staff are polite and professional men, due to their long driving experience, they did not take a deposit from me, took a car with a quarter of a tank, returned it the same way - no problems, they did not force me to ride in the car wash. In general, it is very convenient for tenants and relatively good price for the rest.
I did not regret that I turned, rode around Armenia, looked at Sevan - beauty!
I recommend it to everyone)

Great rental experience! I took a Sonata for 2 days. The car is in good condition, the interior is clean, the air conditioner is working. The price is fine. I haven't checked all over Yerevan, but it looks like average or below average prices. For those who stayed in Kentron or came by metro, the rental location will be convenient. Of course, there are few parking spaces nearby, because this is the center, but I had no problems when handing over the car. I got on the emergency stop, and the rental employee took the car away. Booking is convenient: everything was discussed in advance in WhatsApp. The registration was quick. The lease agreement is being made. The rental employee promised to be in touch in case there are problems or you need to pay for parking. I didn't need it, but it's nice. On the first day we reached Lake Sevan and Dilijan (about 200 km).
In the evening we left the car with the guys, they helped us charge it and on the second day we went to Garni and Geghard with a full charge: about 100 km (round trip)
The car is a fire (dynamics, unusual impressions), the service is excellent (no problems arose, everything was quickly arranged)

We took the 2013 x-trail, traveled 800 km in 3 days. The car is in excellent condition. On the highway, on the serpentine, on country roads, everything went more than well.
Additionally, the car was equipped with a cigarette lighter charger and a phone holder.

The rental price with a hard hat is one of the cheapest in Yerevan.

Брали в аренду на 2 суток недорогую машину, прокатали на ней без проблем около 350 км.
Плюсы проката: нет залога, если стаж более 5 лет, цены ниже других прокатов, компания всегда на связи - бронировали авто через whatsapp, все вопросы задавали там же и получали моментальные ответы как до, так и во время аренды. Не было никаких доп накруток по деньгам, не обманывали с царапинами, не пытались что-то накрутить. Машину мыть и на мойку скидывать не заставляли. Вся сдача авто произошла спокойно и приятно. Хорошая клиентоориентированность.
Минусы проката: наша машинка была старенькой, поцарапанной, с некоторыми ошибками на приборной панели, НО мы все это понимали и учитывали, поэтому при приемке я на видео сняла очень подробно машину как снаружи, так и изнутри, поэтому проблем при сдаче не было.
Ставлю 5, потому что за такие деньги и с такими условиями этот прокат заслуживает такой оценки. Условия цена-качество адекватные.

Нужна была срочно машина, позвонили в компанию, несколько машин было доступно. Взяли Киа Форте. Машина была в хорошем состоянии. Приятно было на ней путешествовать. 1 звезду убираем за отсутствие запасного колеса, неотрегулированные фары, которые плохо светили, левое зеркало заднего вида, которое очень сильно приближало и искажало вид. В остальном все было отлично, спасибо компании.

Брали Cherokee. С технической точки зрения с машиной все ок, проблем за два дня не доставила, но за чистотой не следят. 250$ за двое суток - хорошие деньги, но видимо недостаточные для того чтоб пропылесосить автомобиль. Ну и фраза «вы свободны» после возврата автомобиля на 17 часов раньше срока - как бы намекает, о потенциале сервиса случись чего:) не рекомендую

Забронировал машину на сайте (самую дешевую Tiida, которую можно было взять), на 2 дня. Со мной не связались, написал сам. Выяснилось, что за 15к/день машин нет, есть только за 20к, выбрал Outlander. Когда пришёл в назначенное время за машиной, пришлось минут 20 подождать, пока ее привезут и примут. Перевёл деньги на карту, у меня остался только договор с суммой от руки. Осмотрел машину- удручающее впечатление, оказалось, она 2005 г., и битая и замазанная везде. Изначально предупреждал, что нужно будет детское кресло для ребёнка 2 года. Кресло было, но оно не пристёгивалось штатными ремнями совсем (сломано все), только автомобильным. Чтобы это выяснить, ушло минут 20, не меньше, привлекал помочь и их сотрудника, но тщетно. Директор сам поставил, показал, как пристёгивать и сказал, что сейчас все другие заняты, поэтому только такое (зато бесплатно).. когда поехал, хотел сразу остановиться, тормоза шумели колодками так, что я давно такого не слышал. На поворотах тоже странные звуки были. Позвонил директору, он даже не удивился, сказал, ну а что вы хотели, она 2005-го года (и это первый раз, когда я об этом узнал), есть другие, но дороже, за 26к например уже 2018 г. К магнитоле не подключался телефон, в общем, одни расстройства. В общем, чтобы не тратить время семьи на отдых и лишние деньги, решил ехать на этой. когда ее принимали, осмотрели всю, на мое предложение проверить тормоза и в повороте как себя ведёт, сказали, что нужно было брать машины новее (но о возрасте машины умалчивают до последнего!)
Спасибо, что не хамили и общались нормально. На этом все.
Подумайте трижды, кажется, что они дешевле, но это фикция.
Такого ужасного опыта аренды и вождения у меня ещё не было..

+ несколько дешевле рынка, отвечали быстро, машина как договорились
- взяли 40к драм за минимальную царапину на бампере (не заметил когда отъезжал от них) машины которой ~10 лет, детское кресло было нефункционально (не регулируется, часть с верхним ремнем отломана, жесткое), видимо в соседнем отзыве оно же, другого у них не было. В машине сильно пахло бензином, не заметил когда отъезжал, пришлось вернуть.

Брали Outlander (который на самом деле Airtrek). Автомобиль с перекинутым справа налево рулем. Нормально в ней не работало ничего от слова совсем. В безопасности во время поездки себя чувствовать в таком изделии невозможно.
Взял машину с горящей лампочкой бензина, вернул с половиной бака. Несмотря на это предьявили за слегка пыльный автомобиль.

Машину бронировали, но тут сервис никакой. Они не уточнили во сколько мы хотим забрать машину, и отдали просто так её другим. Мы остались без автомобиля, а владелец просто наехал, типа мы сами во всём виноваты, а они качественно ведут свой бизнес. В общем, они дешёвые, но и качество соответствующее. Надо было смотреть на отзывы.
